Blast is an Ethereum Layer 2 network that launched from the team behind the Blur NFT marketplace. It is an EVM-compatible optimistic rollup: transactions are processed off Ethereum's main chain and settled back to it, and Ethereum developers can reuse their existing Solidity code and wallets. Its main design feature is native yield, where ETH and stablecoins bridged to Blast accrue returns that come from ETH staking and real-world assets.
BLAST is the network's native token, with a total supply of 100 billion according to coverage of its 2024 airdrop. Gas fees are paid in ETH, as on other Ethereum rollups, and are usually lower than on Ethereum's main chain. The yield and fee details can change, so check Blast's own documentation before you move funds.
Our Blast page lists 96 dApps. They range from DEXes such as Uniswap V3, Uniswap V4 and SushiSwap to cross-chain tools such as LayerZero V2 and Hyperlane. Derivatives and trading apps such as SynFutures V3 and Ambient, and liquidity managers such as Gamma and Steer Protocol, are also listed. Many of these are multichain, so check each dApp's page to confirm Blast is supported before you use it.

Blast FAQs
What is Blast?
Blast is an Ethereum Layer 2 network built by the team behind the Blur NFT marketplace. It is described as an EVM-compatible optimistic rollup, and its main selling point is native yield on bridged ETH and stablecoins.
Is Blast compatible with Ethereum wallets and smart contracts?
Yes. Blast is EVM-compatible, so apps written in Solidity for Ethereum can generally be deployed on it, and standard Ethereum wallets work with it. Always confirm that a specific dApp supports Blast before you bridge funds.
What does native yield mean on Blast?
Native yield means ETH and stablecoins held on Blast can accrue returns without the holder moving them into a separate staking or lending product. Sources describe the yield as coming from ETH staking and real-world assets. Rates and mechanics can change, so check Blast's current documentation.
What is the BLAST token used for?
BLAST is the network's native token. Sources report a total supply of 100 billion tokens, and it was distributed to users through an airdrop in 2024. Gas on Blast is paid in ETH rather than BLAST.
Which dApps can I find on Blast?
Our Blast page lists 96 dApps. They include DEXes such as Uniswap and SushiSwap, derivatives platforms such as SynFutures V3, the DEX Ambient, and cross-chain infrastructure such as LayerZero V2 and Hyperlane. Many of these run on several chains, so check each dApp's page for its Blast support.
Are there gambling or prediction market dApps on Blast, and who can use them?
Predict Fun is a prediction market that lists Blast among its chains. Prediction markets and other gambling-style products are for adults only: you must be 18 or older, or 21 or older where local law requires. Check that online gambling is legal where you live, and do not try to get around age checks, KYC or location restrictions.
What is the largest dApp on Blast by TVL?
LayerZero V2 is the largest dApp on Blast by total value locked, with $16.7B across all the chains it supports. It is followed by Gate ($5.84B) and Uniswap V3 ($1.51B). TVL figures come from DefiLlama and change daily.
Which dApp on Blast has the highest DappsAtlas score?
Uniswap V4 has the highest score at 8.5/10, ahead of Uniswap V3 (8.4) and LayerZero V2 (8.0). Scores weigh security, ease of use, fees and features, and are based only on facts we could verify.
How many dApps are on Blast?
DappsAtlas tracks 100 dApps on Blast. Of these, 100 have a full review and 63 report value locked, $25.7B in total, counting value on every chain they support.
What are the most common types of dApps on Blast?
