About DappsAtlas
DappsAtlas reviews and ranks more than 14,000 dApps, DeFi protocols, Web3 games and crypto casinos, with guides that explain how they work.
What we cover
DappsAtlas tracks decentralized applications across more than 250 blockchains. That includes DeFi protocols such as DEXes, lending markets, liquid staking and yield vaults, plus Web3 games, NFT marketplaces, social and AI dApps, bridges, wallets and infrastructure, and crypto casinos and betting sites.
Every project has its own page. Projects with enough public information get a full review covering how the product works, features, fees, safety, pros and cons, a getting-started walkthrough and FAQs. Rankings group projects by category, by chain, and by category on each chain. Guides explain the concepts behind them, from what a liquidity pool is to how provably fair games work.
How reviews are researched
Reviews are research-based. We do not deposit funds or play games on each platform. Each review is compiled from public sources:
- On-chain and protocol data, such as total value locked (TVL), supported chains and listed audits, from DefiLlama.
- The project's own website and documentation.
- Public reporting and search results about the project, used to check its current status.
We use software, including AI writing tools, to gather this data and draft pages to a fixed structure. Facts that are not published by the project, such as fees or licences that a site does not disclose, are reported as not published rather than guessed.
How scores work
Full reviews carry an editorial score from 0 to 10, with sub-scores for security, ease of use, fees and features.
- Security weighs audits, custody model, track record and any known incidents.
- Ease of use reflects how hard the product is for a newcomer to use safely.
- Fees rewards low and clearly published costs. It is left blank when a project does not publish its fees.
- Features reflects the depth and usefulness of what the product offers.
When there is not enough public information to judge a project fairly, it gets a short profile without a score, and that page is kept out of search results until we can review it properly.
How rankings are ordered
Ranking tables can be sorted by editorial score, TVL and 7-day TVL change. By default, projects with full reviews and the strongest combination of score and TVL appear first. Inactive or discontinued projects stay listed for reference and are marked as inactive.
Keeping pages current
Crypto changes quickly. Protocols launch new versions, change fees and sometimes shut down. Pages show the date they were last updated, and data such as TVL is refreshed from source. If you spot something out of date, tell us and we will correct it.
Corrections and contact

Frequently asked questions
Is DappsAtlas financial advice?
No. Everything on DappsAtlas is general information. Crypto assets are volatile and DeFi protocols can fail, so do your own research and never risk money you cannot afford to lose.
Do you test every dApp yourselves?
No. Reviews are research-based and compiled from public data, the project's own documentation and public reporting. They do not describe hands-on testing.
Why does a project have a short profile instead of a full review?
Some projects publish very little about how they work, or have shut down. Rather than guess, we show what is known and leave the score blank until there is enough information for a fair review.
How can I get a project listed or corrected?
Use the Submit a project page. Include the project website, documentation, contract addresses and any audits so we can check the details.
