The Other category is where we place projects that do not fit neatly into DeFi, gaming, NFTs, or crypto casinos. At the moment it holds 12 listings, from a US-only fund and a ticketing platform to ecosystem tokens, education services, and several small tokens with thin public records. Because the group is so mixed, there is no single way these projects work.

The business models vary. Destiny runs a closed-end fund product. Eventflo, a Melbourne-based ticketing company, operates an official resale market called FloMarket. Legacy Network sells AI-powered, gamified learning. Richdad charges for a membership aimed at crypto beginners. Token projects such as ApeCoin, which serves as a governance and utility token and as the gas token of ApeChain, depend on usage of their wider ecosystems and on market demand. Socialgood pays an Ethereum token on partner purchases. Some entries, such as Megatrust and Forthbox, have no confirmed or verifiable product, so we list them mainly so readers can look into them.

When comparing, start with whether the project is a real operating business with a clear team and documentation, which is why Destiny, Eventflo and ApeCoin sit near the top of our scores. Then check what the token actually does, which chain it runs on, whether you can withdraw, and what users report. Regional limits matter too: Destiny is US-only. Where a project touches gambling-style activity, you must be 18 or older (21 in some places) and confirm that it is legal where you live. None of this is financial advice.</parameter>

Frequently asked questions

What does the Other category cover?

It is a catch-all group for projects that do not fit our main categories such as DeFi, gaming, NFTs or casinos. Right now it includes a ticketing platform, a fund, governance and utility tokens, education services, and several small tokens with little public detail. Entries differ a lot from one another, so each should be judged on its own.

Are the projects in this category safe?

Not necessarily. Some entries, such as Destiny or Eventflo, are regulated or operating businesses. Others, such as Whackd, Million Money and Forthbox, have very little verifiable information. Treat low-detail projects as high risk and do your own due diligence before putting any money in.

What is Destiny and how is it different from a typical dApp?

Destiny runs Destiny Tech100 (NYSE: DXYZ), a US-only closed-end fund that gives retail investors indirect exposure to private tech companies. It is a traditional fund product rather than a typical on-chain app, and it is limited to US investors. Check the fund's own disclosures and your local rules before considering it.

What is ApeCoin used for?

ApeCoin (APE) is an ERC-20 governance and utility token and the native gas token of ApeChain. Holders can take part in the Ape ecosystem, and APE is used to pay for transactions on ApeChain. Its price can move sharply, so it carries market risk like any token.

Is a shop-to-earn app like Socialgood reliable?

Be cautious. Our listing notes user reports of withdrawal problems with Socialgood, which earned it the lowest score among the rated projects here (2.8). Before using any shop-to-earn app, read recent user feedback, start with very small amounts, and never share seed phrases or private keys.

How do I judge a project with little public information?

Look for a clear team, documentation that explains how the product works, an identifiable chain or contract, and independent coverage. Where a project offers little beyond trading data, or no confirmed crypto product at all, treat that as a warning sign. Never invest more than you can afford to lose.
