What Falcon Finance and FF are

Falcon Finance is a DeFi protocol that describes itself as a universal collateralization layer. Users deposit liquid assets, including ordinary crypto tokens and tokenized real-world assets, and receive USDf, an overcollateralized synthetic dollar. The idea is that a holder can get dollar-denominated onchain liquidity without selling the underlying assets.

A second layer sits on top. Users can stake USDf to receive sUSDf, a yield-bearing token. The project says its yield comes from a range of institutional-style trading strategies that go beyond basic basis or funding-rate arbitrage.

FF is the protocol's native token. The project presents it as the asset tied to the growth of the system: as more collateral is deposited and USDf is used more widely, FF is meant to reflect that scale. FF is separate from USDf and sUSDf, which are the protocol's stable and yield products. Holding FF does not mean holding a dollar-pegged asset, and its price moves independently.

What FF is used for

Public descriptions agree that FF is a governance and utility token. Governance means holders can take part in votes on how the protocol develops. Beyond that, third-party summaries list several intended uses: staking for rewards, reducing the collateral requirements on certain actions, discounts on fees, and earlier access to new products.

These details come from project materials and secondary write-ups, and the exact terms of any benefit can change as the protocol updates its rules. Anyone who wants to rely on a specific perk, such as a fee discount or a lower collateral ratio, should read the current documentation from the project first.

The token is also listed in several exchange-related categories, and it was distributed through programs tied to Binance, such as a HODLer airdrop and Alpha spotlight, plus a Buidlpad launchpad sale. That shows how it reached many holders, but it is separate from what the token does inside the protocol.

Supply and tokenomics

The maximum and total supply of FF is 10 billion tokens. At the time of writing (as of 2026-11-05), about 3.55 billion are circulating, roughly 35% of the total. The rest is not yet in circulation, which is normally due to vesting or scheduled releases.

That gap matters for valuation. Market capitalization is about $316.4 million, based on circulating supply, while fully diluted valuation is about $892.1 million, based on all 10 billion tokens. If more tokens unlock over time, the circulating supply grows, and that can add selling pressure unless demand grows with it.

Public sources provided here do not include the allocation split among team, investors, ecosystem and community, or the unlock schedule. Check the project's official tokenomics documentation for those details rather than relying on summaries.

Chains and how FF is traded

FF is issued on Ethereum and BNB Chain, and it is not the native gas token of any blockchain. It is a standard token held in a self-custody wallet that supports those networks, or on an exchange account where it is listed.

Trading happens on centralized exchanges and on decentralized exchanges through liquidity pools. At the time of writing, 24-hour trading volume is about $7.6 million, which is modest next to the market cap. Lower volume can mean wider spreads and larger price moves on bigger orders.

Always confirm the correct contract address from the project's official channels before swapping or sending FF. Fake tokens with the same name or ticker are common, and a wrong network choice when withdrawing can lead to lost funds.

History and recent price context

The token was introduced to the public around late September 2025. Its all-time high was about $0.77 on 2025-09-29, which is the date of the launch announcement. It has fallen sharply since then. The all-time low was about $0.057 on 2026-07-11.

As of 2026-11-05, the price is about $0.089, ranking it near 130th by market cap. It is down about 6.9% over seven days and about 21.5% over one year. A drop like this after a launch is common for newly listed tokens, particularly those with large amounts of supply still locked.

This is a description of past movement, not a forecast. Public information here do not mention audits, incidents or partnerships, so none are claimed. Check the project's own announcements for the latest news.

Risks to understand

Market risk. FF has been volatile and has lost most of its launch-peak value. Low liquidity compared with its valuation can magnify swings.

Dilution risk. With only about a third of the supply circulating, future unlocks may increase the amount available to sell.

Protocol risk. USDf is a synthetic dollar and relies on collateral, smart contracts and trading strategies. Smart contract bugs, collateral price crashes, strategy losses or a loss of the USDf peg could harm the protocol and the value of FF. Support for tokenized real-world assets adds legal and counterparty questions.

Regulatory and token-design risk. Rules around synthetic dollars and yield products differ by country and can change. The stated benefits of FF may also be altered through governance.

This page is general information, not financial advice, and does not recommend buying or selling.

How to store FF safely

For long-term holding, a self-custody wallet is usually safer than leaving tokens on an exchange. Choose a well-known wallet that supports Ethereum and BNB Chain, write down the recovery phrase offline, and never share it or type it into a website. A hardware wallet adds protection for larger amounts.

Before interacting with any dApp, check that you are on the correct site, since phishing clones are common. Be careful with token approvals: when you connect a wallet and approve spending, you may be granting a contract permission to move your tokens. Review and revoke approvals you no longer need.

Send a small test transaction first, confirm the network and the contract address, and keep a little ETH or BNB for gas fees. Ignore unsolicited direct messages offering support, airdrops or yield, as these are often scams.

By the numbers

Falcon Finance in numbers

Falcon Finance (FF) is ranked #131 by market capitalisation, with a market cap of about $307M and a price of $0.0867 as of Nov 7, 2026. Its fully diluted valuation is $867M, so roughly 35% of the eventual supply is in circulation today; tokens still to be released could add selling pressure.

The price was down 3.8% over 7 days, down 20.7% over 30 days, down 24.7% over the past year. It trades about 89% below its all-time high of $0.7708, set on Sep 29, 2025.

About 3.55B FF are in circulation out of a maximum supply of 10B (35% issued).

24-hour trading volume was about $3.24M, or 1.1% of its market cap: low turnover, so large orders can move the price.

FF FAQs

What is Falcon Finance (FF)?

FF is the native token of Falcon Finance, a protocol that issues the USDf synthetic dollar against deposited collateral. It is described as a governance and utility token, tied to staking, fee and collateral benefits, and voting on protocol decisions.

Which blockchains does FF run on?

FF is issued on Ethereum and BNB Chain. It is not the native token of its own blockchain, so it works like other standard tokens on those networks.

What is the supply of FF?

The maximum supply is 10 billion FF. As of 2026-11-05, about 3.55 billion are circulating, which is around 35% of the total.

Is FF the same as USDf?

No. USDf is the protocol's overcollateralized synthetic dollar, and sUSDf is the yield-bearing version you get by staking USDf. FF is a separate token whose price floats and is not pegged to the dollar.

Why is FF far below its all-time high?

FF has fallen well below its all-time high of about $0.77 set on 2025-09-29, and it has been volatile since. Reasons commonly cited for this pattern include new-listing selling, large amounts of locked supply and general market conditions, but no single cause is confirmed here.

Is FF a good investment?

This page does not give buy or sell advice. FF is volatile and carries market, dilution and smart contract risks, so only consider amounts you could afford to lose and read the official documentation first.

What is the market cap of Falcon Finance?
