What Unibase is

Unibase describes itself as a decentralized memory layer for AI agents. The idea is that most AI agents forget what happened between sessions and cannot easily carry what they know from one platform to another. Unibase wants to give agents long-term memory and a way to work across platforms, so they can learn from past activity and coordinate with other agents.

The project frames its larger goal as an "Open Agent Internet", an onchain ecosystem of AI agents that is modular, verifiable and composable. Public explainers break the stack into a few parts: Membase, a memory component; the AIP protocol, which handles how agents interact; and Unibase DA, a data availability layer. The exact technical details are best checked in the project's own documentation, because descriptions vary between third-party summaries.

UB is the project's token. Data aggregators place it in the AI tokens and infrastructure categories, and also tag it with data availability, AI frameworks and the x402 ecosystem. At the time of writing, it ranks around 141 by market capitalization. That puts it in the mid-sized range of listed tokens, not among the largest assets, and it is closely tied to the narrative around AI agents.

What the UB token is used for

Based on the whitepaper excerpt in public public reporting, UB is used for agent deployment, for memory storage through Membase, and for using the AIP protocol. The same excerpt mentions payment-style uses such as crypto tipping, red envelopes and DeFi interactions. Treat that as a summary of intended utility, not a guarantee of how much demand any of it will generate.

In plain terms, the token is meant to act as the payment and access unit inside the Unibase network. If developers or users store agent memory, deploy agents or call protocol functions, UB would be the asset used to pay for or unlock those actions. Whether that usage is large, small or still mostly planned is not something public sources establish.

It is also worth separating utility from trading. Many holders of a token like UB will have acquired it for market exposure and not to run an AI agent. Readers who want to understand real use should look at the project's current product pages, developer documentation and any published usage statistics instead of relying on price action as a proxy.

Supply and tokenomics

UB has a fixed maximum supply of 10 billion tokens, and the total supply equals the maximum at 10 billion. About 2.5 billion UB were circulating as of 2026-11-05, which is roughly a quarter of the total. The rest is not yet in free circulation under the data we have.

That gap matters for valuation. At about $0.11 per token, the market capitalization is around $276.9 million, while the fully diluted valuation, which assumes all 10 billion tokens exist at today's price, is around $1.11 billion. A large share of supply still to enter circulation means future unlocks could add selling pressure, depending on who receives those tokens and when.

The allocation breakdown (team, investors, ecosystem, community) and the unlock schedule are not included in the data used for this page. Some third-party explainers cover them, but the figures should be checked against the official tokenomics documentation before being relied on. A reasonable habit with any token is to look at the vesting calendar and compare upcoming unlocks to the current daily trading volume, which was about $9.4 million at the time of writing.

Chains and how UB is held and traded

UB is issued as a token on two chains, BNB Chain and Ethereum. It is not the native coin of its own blockchain, so it does not secure a network through mining or staking in the way that coins such as ETH or BNB do. It is a standard token that lives on existing networks.

In practice, most people hold and trade UB in one of three ways. First, on centralized exchanges, where it can be bought and sold against other assets and kept in an exchange account. Second, on decentralized exchanges on BNB Chain or Ethereum, using a self-custody wallet. Third, through wallet apps that include swap features. Public reporting also show that the token appears in wallet-based price pages and in Binance's Alpha program, which is a section of the exchange focused on newer onchain assets.

Because the same token exists on more than one chain, it is important to check which network a deposit or withdrawal address belongs to. Sending UB on the wrong network, or to an address that does not support it, can result in lost funds. Always confirm the official contract address from the project's own channels before swapping, since lookalike tokens are common.

History and notable events

The data does not give a formal launch date, so the clearest public marker is the token's market debut. Public reporting shows that Binance announced an Alpha airdrop and futures listing for UB around 12 September 2025, and the recorded all-time low of about $0.0103 falls on the same date. That low is likely a feature of very early trading, when prices can be thin and volatile.

Since then, the token has risen substantially. Its all-time high of about $0.2436 was recorded on 2026-05-15. As of 2026-11-05 the price was about $0.11, which is well below that peak, down about 2.4% over seven days and up about 97% over one year according to the data. These numbers show how wide the range has been, but they say nothing about where the price goes next.

The project has also been associated with the x402 ecosystem and the broader AI agent theme, which drew attention to a number of tokens in this category. Beyond exchange listings and the whitepaper, this page does not claim specific partnerships or milestones that public sources do not confirm.

Risks to understand

UB carries the usual risks of a mid-cap token, plus some specific to its category. Price volatility is high: the token has traded in a range of more than twenty times between its low and high. Liquidity is modest compared with major assets, so large orders can move the price.

Supply risk is significant. With only about a quarter of the maximum supply circulating, future unlocks may increase the amount available to sell. The fully diluted valuation is roughly four times the current market capitalization, so the market is effectively pricing in a much larger network than exists today.

Execution risk also applies. Unibase is building infrastructure for AI agents, a field that is new and crowded, and the project's technology, adoption and token demand may not develop as described. Competing memory and data layers could take its place, and parts of the stack may change.

There are also practical hazards: fake tokens with similar names, phishing sites, and promotional content that uses "100x" language. Cryptocurrency trading is speculative, and anyone considering UB should only use money they can afford to lose. Nothing on this page is investment advice.

How to store UB safely

How you store UB depends on how much you hold and how you use it. For small amounts that you trade often, a reputable exchange account can be convenient, but you rely on the exchange to keep your funds safe, so enable two-factor authentication and withdrawal address allowlists.

For longer-term holdings, self-custody is generally safer. Because UB is issued on Ethereum and BNB Chain, any wallet that supports tokens on those networks, including hardware wallets, can hold it. A hardware wallet keeps your private keys offline, which protects against many forms of malware and phishing. Write your recovery phrase on paper or metal, keep it offline, and never type it into a website or share it with anyone, including people claiming to be support staff.

Before receiving or sending UB, confirm the network (Ethereum or BNB Chain) and the official contract address. Add the token manually only after checking that address against the project's official channels. Test with a small transfer first. Be cautious about approving token spending permissions on unfamiliar sites, and revoke old approvals you no longer need.

By the numbers

Unibase in numbers

Unibase (UB) is ranked #140 by market capitalisation, with a market cap of about $274M and a price of $0.1095 as of Nov 6, 2026. Its fully diluted valuation is $1.10B, so roughly 25% of the eventual supply is in circulation today; tokens still to be released could add selling pressure.

The price was down 3.4% over 7 days, down 23.4% over 30 days, up 92.9% over the past year. It trades about 55% below its all-time high of $0.2436, set on May 15, 2026.

About 2.5B UB are in circulation out of a maximum supply of 10B (25% issued).

24-hour trading volume was about $11.0M, or 4.0% of its market cap: moderate turnover.

UB has token contracts on 2 chains we track, including BNB Chain, Ethereum. Always check the contract address before buying or bridging: copycat tokens often reuse a well-known name and ticker.
