What USX is
USX is a dollar-pegged stablecoin issued on Solana. Based on public descriptions, it comes from Solstice Finance and is meant to work as a digital dollar for both retail users and institutions. Each unit is described as backed 1:1 by leading stablecoins such as USDC or USDT, so it is a stablecoin built on other stablecoins, not a coin backed directly by bank deposits or Treasury bills.
The project positions USX as more than a place to park value. Its pitch is that it plugs straight into Solana DeFi and acts as a liquidity layer for trading, lending and payments. Where older stablecoins mostly hold reserves, USX is designed to be used inside protocols.
The name is also confusing. "USX" is a ticker that has been used by other projects over the years, and some public reporting mix them together. This page covers the Solana token listed as USX with a market cap of about $201.4M as of 2026-11-05. Always check the exact token address before interacting with anything labelled USX.
What USX is used for
The main purpose is to be a stable unit of account and settlement asset on Solana. People can hold it as a dollar proxy, send it as a payment, or use it as the quote asset in trading pairs and lending markets. The project says it is aimed at protocols, payment processors and institutions that want dollar liquidity that moves at Solana speed and cost.
Solstice also offers a yield side. According to the project's materials, USX can be staked to receive a yield-bearing version, referred to as sUSX, and it can be locked in a product called YieldVault, which returns a token called eUSX and gives access to delta-neutral yield strategies. Delta-neutral means the strategy tries to earn returns while limiting exposure to price moves of the underlying assets. Those yields are not a feature of the plain stablecoin and are not guaranteed.
If you only want a dollar-pegged token, you can hold USX without staking. The yield products add smart-contract and strategy risk on top of the stablecoin itself, so treat them as separate decisions.
Supply and tokenomics
At the time of writing, as of 2026-11-05, about 201.6 million USX are in circulation. The total supply is the same figure, and no maximum supply is listed. That fits a stablecoin: supply is not fixed in advance but expands and contracts as users mint and redeem against collateral.
The fully diluted value matches the market cap, at about $201.4M, which put USX around rank 169 by market cap on that date. The price was about $0.9993, very close to one dollar. Over the previous seven days the change was roughly +0.07%, and over one year about -0.09%, which is what you would expect from a token that mostly tracks its peg.
One figure stands out: reported 24-hour trading volume was only about $44,587, which is tiny next to the market cap. Much of the supply is probably held in wallets or deployed in DeFi rather than traded on exchanges, so quoted market prices may reflect thin liquidity.
There is no separate governance or reward token, and no public detail here on fees or emissions. Check the issuer's documentation for mint and redeem terms.
Chains, holding and trading
USX is issued on Solana. The data lists no other issuing chains, and USX is not the native token of any blockchain. Solana's low fees and fast confirmation are central to the project's pitch for payments and DeFi use. Another source mentions a USX deployment connected to Scroll, but that appears to be a separate project and is not covered here.
In practice, USX is held as an SPL token in a Solana wallet. To receive it, your wallet needs a token account for USX, which many wallets create automatically, sometimes with a small SOL cost. You also need a little SOL to pay network fees when you send it.
Trading generally happens in two ways. Decentralized exchanges and liquidity pools on Solana let you swap USX against assets like USDC or SOL directly from your wallet. Centralized exchange listings may exist, but public information here do not name any. Minting and redeeming through the issuer's own interface is the route intended to keep the price near one dollar, and eligibility rules, fees or limits may apply.
Always copy the token address from an official source and verify it, since lookalike tokens with the same name are common on Solana.
History and notable events
Solstice Finance announced USX together with its YieldVault at the end of September 2025, describing it as a Solana-based stablecoin with permissionless access to delta-neutral yield strategies. The exact launch date is not given in the data, so treat late September 2025 as the approximate start of public availability.
Price data shows two unusual points. The all-time low was about $0.828, recorded on 2025-12-25, and the all-time high was about $1.21, recorded on 2026-07-14. Both are far from one dollar. Public sources provided do not explain either move, so I will not guess at causes. Moves like these on a stablecoin often happen in thin markets, where a single large trade can push a quoted price off the peg, but whether that applies here is unknown.
Since then, the price has settled back near parity. Still, a stablecoin that has traded more than 17% below and more than 20% above its target shows that the peg has not always been tight. Anyone relying on USX should read the issuer's announcements and look at independent liquidity data for their own conclusions.
Risks
Stablecoin risk starts with the peg. USX has traded well away from one dollar in its short history, so it should not be assumed to hold exactly $1 at all times, especially during market stress or when liquidity is thin. Trading volume is very small relative to its size, which can make exits costly or prices noisy.
Collateral risk is next. USX is backed by other stablecoins, so it inherits their risks, including issuer freezes, depegs, regulatory action and reserve questions at Circle or Tether. If the backing assets fail, USX would be affected too. Reserve reporting and any audits should be checked directly from the issuer, since this page cannot verify them.
Smart-contract risk applies to minting, redemption, staking and YieldVault. Bugs, oracle failures or strategy losses could hurt holders. Delta-neutral strategies can also suffer from funding-rate changes, exchange failures or counterparty problems, and quoted yields can fall or vanish.
There is also operational and regulatory risk. A young project may change terms, restrict access in some regions or face new stablecoin rules. Finally, lookalike tokens and phishing sites are a practical danger on Solana. None of this is a reason to buy or sell, only a list of things to understand first.
How to store USX safely
Store USX the way you would any Solana token: in a wallet you control. A hardware wallet paired with a Solana-compatible app is the safest common option for larger amounts, since the private keys stay on the device. For smaller everyday balances, a well-known software wallet is workable if you keep the device updated and secure.
Write down your recovery phrase on paper and keep it offline. Never type it into a website, share it in a chat, or store it in a photo or cloud note. No legitimate support team will ask for it.
Before you receive or swap USX, verify the token address from the issuer's official channels and compare it with what your wallet shows. Many fake tokens copy names and logos. Test with a small transfer first, and keep a little SOL available for fees.
Be careful with approvals. When you connect to a DeFi app, only grant the permissions it needs, and revoke ones you no longer use. If you stake into sUSX or YieldVault, remember those positions sit in smart contracts rather than your wallet's plain balance, and withdrawals may follow their own rules and timing.
Keeping some funds in cold storage and a smaller amount in a hot wallet for active use limits the damage if something goes wrong.
By the numbers
USX in numbers
USX (USX) is ranked #164 by market capitalisation, with a market cap of about $201M and a price of $0.9990 as of Nov 6, 2026. Its fully diluted valuation ($201M) is close to its market cap, so little new supply is still to come.
The price was up 0.0% over 7 days, down 0.1% over 30 days, down 0.2% over the past year. It trades about 17% below its all-time high of $1.21, set on Jul 14, 2026.
About 201.22M USX are in circulation. No hard maximum supply is listed, so new tokens can still be issued.
24-hour trading volume was about $765K, or 0.4% of its market cap: low turnover, so large orders can move the price.
USX has token contracts on Solana. Always check the contract address before buying or bridging: copycat tokens often reuse a well-known name and ticker.

USX FAQs
What is USX?
USX is a dollar-pegged stablecoin on Solana from Solstice Finance. It is described as backed 1:1 by other leading stablecoins like USDC or USDT, and is intended for trading, lending, payments and settlement within DeFi.
Is USX always worth $1?
It is designed to track one dollar, and as of 2026-11-05 it traded at about $0.9993. However, the recorded all-time low is about $0.828 (2025-12-25) and the all-time high about $1.21 (2026-07-14), so the peg has not always held tightly.
Is USX on Ethereum or other chains?
No. USX is issued on Solana and is held in a Solana wallet. A different project using the same ticker, including a Scroll-related one in some public reporting, should not be confused with it, so verify the token address.
Can USX earn yield?
According to the project's materials, you can stake USX to get a yield-bearing token called sUSX, or lock it in YieldVault to receive eUSX and gain exposure to delta-neutral strategies. Yields vary, are not guaranteed, and add smart-contract and strategy risk.
How many USX tokens exist?
Circulating supply was about 201.6 million tokens as of 2026-11-05, with no maximum supply listed. Supply changes as users mint and redeem against collateral.
What are the main risks of holding USX?
Main risks include peg deviations, thin trading volume, dependence on USDC and USDT as backing, smart-contract bugs, strategy losses in yield products, regulatory changes and fake lookalike tokens. This page is information, not advice to buy or sell.
What is the market cap of USX?
As of Nov 6, 2026, USX had a market cap of about $201M, ranking #164 among cryptocurrencies by market capitalisation. Market cap is price multiplied by circulating supply, so it moves with the price.
What is the all-time high of USX?
USX's all-time high is $1.21, reached on Jul 14, 2026. Its all-time low is $0.8285 (Dec 25, 2025). Past prices say nothing about future returns.
What is the circulating supply of USX?
As of Nov 6, 2026, about 201.22M USX were in circulation; no fixed maximum supply is listed.
Which blockchains is USX on?
It has token contracts on Solana.
