## What Celer Network is

What Celer Network is

Celer Network is a project focused on communication and activity across separate blockchains. Its cBridge product lets users move supported tokens between Ethereum, layer-2 networks and sidechains. That makes the project relevant to people using decentralized finance applications on more than one network, though each bridge transfer depends on the route and assets supported at the time.

CELR is Celer Network’s token. It is not itself a blockchain, and holding CELR does not mean you own part of Celer Network or have a guaranteed claim on cBridge fees. The token has network-related uses, including staking and transaction fees, while cBridge is the user-facing bridge product. Cross-chain tools can reduce the need to use separate exchanges for some transfers, but they add technical and operational risks that users should understand before moving assets.

## What CELR is used for

What CELR is used for

CELR is used for staking in Celer’s State Guardian Network (SGN), where token holders can stake or delegate tokens as part of the network’s security and cross-chain operations. The project’s token uses also include transaction fees and liquidity incentives. Some descriptions also associate CELR with governance, but the exact scope and practical influence of token-holder decisions can depend on the project’s current processes.

These uses do not guarantee that demand for CELR will rise. Fees may be paid in other assets in some contexts, and liquidity incentives can change over time. Staking may involve lockups, withdrawal delays or other conditions set by the relevant contracts or service. Before staking, check the current terms, the contract and the risks of delegating to a particular participant. Staking rewards, if offered, are not guaranteed and can be affected by network activity and changes to the program.

## Supply and market context

Supply and market context

CELR has a maximum supply of 10 billion tokens. As of 2026-11-05, about 7.92 billion were reported in circulation, with total supply listed at 10 billion. Circulating supply and total supply are different measures: tokens not currently counted as circulating may enter circulation later, depending on the project’s arrangements. The figures do not by themselves show when or how any remaining tokens might be distributed.

As of 2026-11-05, CELR traded at about $0.0024, with a market capitalization of about $19.1 million and fully diluted valuation of about $24.1 million. These are time-sensitive market estimates, not fixed token properties, and can change quickly. Market capitalization is generally calculated from price and circulating supply, while fully diluted valuation uses the maximum supply. Neither figure shows whether trading will be easy at a particular size or indicates what CELR may be worth in the future.

## Chains and storage

Chains and storage

CELR is issued on Ethereum and Arbitrum according to public information; it is not listed as the native token of either chain. A token shown with the CELR ticker may have different contract details depending on its network, so confirm the network and official token contract before receiving, sending or adding it to a wallet. Sending tokens to an address on the wrong network can make recovery difficult or impossible.

Use a wallet that supports the network holding your CELR, and keep your recovery phrase private and offline. A hardware wallet can reduce exposure to some online threats, but it cannot protect you from approving a malicious transaction or using the wrong contract. If you move assets through cBridge, confirm the source and destination networks, token, amount and fees before approving. Bridge routes and supported assets may change, so check the current interface rather than assuming a route is available.

## Risks to consider

Risks to consider

CELR’s price can be volatile, and its market value may change independently of activity on cBridge or the SGN. The token’s usefulness depends partly on whether people continue using Celer’s services and whether the project maintains its products, integrations and incentives. A stated token use does not guarantee ongoing demand, rewards or governance influence.

Cross-chain transfers have additional risks beyond ordinary token transfers. Smart-contract bugs, compromised keys, network outages, liquidity shortages or problems with a bridge route can delay transfers or lead to losses. Staking also carries contract and operational risks, and the rules for unstaking or rewards may change. Check current documentation and transaction details, and avoid putting funds at risk that you cannot afford to lose. This is general information, not a recommendation to buy, sell or stake CELR.

By the numbers

Celer Network in numbers

Celer Network (CELR) is ranked #871 by market capitalisation, with a market cap of about $18.5M and a price of $0.002333 as of Nov 6, 2026. Its fully diluted valuation is $23.3M, so roughly 79% of the eventual supply is in circulation today; tokens still to be released could add selling pressure.

The price was down 3.1% over 7 days, down 19.1% over 30 days, down 54.2% over the past year. It trades about 99% below its all-time high of $0.1948, set on Sep 25, 2021.

About 7.92B CELR are in circulation out of a maximum supply of 10B (79% issued).

24-hour trading volume was about $1.94M, or 11% of its market cap: high turnover.

CELR has token contracts on 2 chains we track, including Ethereum, Arbitrum. Always check the contract address before buying or bridging: copycat tokens often reuse a well-known name and ticker.

CELR is linked to cBridge, which we cover in our Bridge rankings. See our cBridge page for how the protocol works and how we score it.

CELR FAQs

What is CELR used for?

CELR is used for staking or delegation in Celer’s State Guardian Network, as well as for transaction fees and liquidity incentives. These uses do not guarantee rewards or increase in token value.

Which networks support CELR?

CELR is listed as issued on Ethereum and Arbitrum. It is not identified as the native token of either blockchain, so check the network and token contract before sending it.

What is the supply of CELR?

CELR has a maximum supply of 10 billion tokens. About 7.92 billion were reported in circulation as of 2026-11-05; circulating supply can change.

Is CELR the same as cBridge?

cBridge is Celer Network’s bridge product for moving supported tokens between networks, while CELR is the project’s token. Using cBridge does not mean a transfer is risk-free, and supported routes can change.

What was the price of CELR?

As of 2026-11-05, CELR was about $0.0024 per token. Crypto prices move constantly, so this figure is only a dated snapshot and is not a forecast.

What is the market cap of Celer Network?

As of Nov 6, 2026, Celer Network had a market cap of about $18.5M, ranking #871 among cryptocurrencies by market capitalisation. Market cap is price multiplied by circulating supply, so it moves with the price.

What is the all-time high of CELR?

Celer Network's all-time high is $0.1948, reached on Sep 25, 2021. Its all-time low is $0.0009558 (Mar 12, 2020). Past prices say nothing about future returns.

What is the circulating supply of CELR?

As of Nov 6, 2026, about 7.92B CELR were in circulation, against a maximum supply of 10B.

Which blockchains is CELR on?

It has token contracts on Ethereum, Arbitrum.
