What Humanity Protocol is
Humanity Protocol describes itself as a blockchain built around a Proof of Humanity (PoH) mechanism. The goal is to check that each user is a unique human being without forcing them to hand over their identity to a central company. It does this by combining decentralized identifiers (DIDs) and verifiable credentials (VCs), which are standards for proving facts about yourself in a portable way.
The project's own description also lists privacy-preserving human recognition, decentralized storage and zero-knowledge proofs. Zero-knowledge proofs let someone show that a statement is true, such as "I am a unique person", without revealing the underlying data. The stated aims are sybil resistance (stopping one person from posing as thousands of accounts), self-sovereign identity and user-owned data.
That puts Humanity in the identity and infrastructure part of crypto. Applications that give out airdrops, votes or rewards often struggle with fake accounts, and a working proof-of-personhood layer could help them. Whether this network delivers that in practice depends on adoption, on how well the verification holds up against abuse, and on how responsibly sensitive data is handled. This page covers the H token and the public facts about it, not a verdict on the technology.
What the H token is used for
The H token is the asset associated with Humanity Protocol. The data available for this page does not set out in detail what the token does, so this section stays short rather than guessing.
What is publicly known is the project's description: a chain with a native Proof of Humanity consensus mechanism, plus identity, storage and zero-knowledge components. Tokens in networks of this kind are often used for things like paying fees, rewarding participants or taking part in governance. For H specifically, treat any such role as something to confirm in the project's official documentation, not something this page can state.
It is also worth noting that the token data lists no chain of which H is the native coin. It is recorded as an Ethereum-issued token. That can mean the network's own chain and the token are separate things at this point, or that the details have changed. Before relying on any claimed use, read the current official token documentation and check whether the use is live or only planned.
Supply and tokenomics
The maximum and total supply of H are both 10 billion tokens, so no further issuance beyond that cap is indicated in the data. Of those, roughly 2.12 billion were circulating as of 2026-11-05, which is about 21 percent of the total.
That gap matters. At the time of writing, H traded at about $0.052, giving a market capitalization of about $110.7 million based on circulating supply. The fully diluted valuation, which assumes all 10 billion tokens exist at the same price, was about $522.2 million. The large difference means roughly four-fifths of the supply was not yet in circulation.
The data does not include an allocation breakdown, vesting schedule or unlock dates, so this page does not describe how team, investor, community or ecosystem shares are split. Those details are the main thing to look up in official documentation. When locked tokens are released over time, extra supply can reach the market, which is a known pressure on price for many tokens with low circulating ratios. This is a structural observation, not a forecast.
Chains, holding and trading
According to the data, H is issued on Ethereum. In practice that means it can be held in wallets that support Ethereum tokens, and it can be moved using Ethereum transactions, which require a small amount of ETH for network fees.
Trading happens mainly on centralized exchanges and, where liquidity pools exist, on decentralized exchanges. Activity was fairly modest relative to its valuation: 24-hour trading volume was about $1.1 million as of 2026-11-05, against a market cap of about $110.7 million. Thinner volume can make large orders move the price more than expected, and spreads can widen.
The token carries category tags such as infrastructure, zero-knowledge and privacy. It ranked around 255 by market capitalization at the time of writing, which places it in the mid-to-lower tier of listed assets. Before buying or moving any token, confirm the correct contract address from official project channels, because copycat tokens with the same name or symbol are common. Check which network a platform supports for deposits and withdrawals, since sending to the wrong network can mean permanent loss.
History and notable events
Public sources provided do not include a launch date or a detailed project timeline, so this section sticks to what the price record shows.
The recorded all-time low was about $0.0181, dated 2025-06-26. The all-time high was about $0.8537, dated 2026-06-02. As of 2026-11-05 the price of roughly $0.052 sat around 94 percent below that peak, and the one-year change was about -78.6 percent. Over the previous seven days, the price had fallen about 8.1 percent.
Those numbers describe a very volatile asset with a sharp rise followed by a long decline. They do not explain the reasons, and this page does not attribute them to any specific event. Newly listed tokens with a small circulating share often swing widely in their first months as early holders, new buyers and token unlocks interact. Anyone researching H should look at official announcements, the project's published roadmap and any documented unlock schedule, and should be wary of third-party claims about partnerships or upcoming features that cannot be verified.
Risks to understand
Price and supply risk. The price has dropped sharply from its peak, and only about a fifth of the total supply was circulating as of 2026-11-05. A large gap between market cap and fully diluted valuation can mean future unlocks add selling pressure.
Liquidity risk. Daily volume of about $1.1 million is small. In stressed markets, exiting a position can be costly.
Technology and adoption risk. Proof-of-personhood systems are hard. Verification can be gamed, models can be fooled, and the approach may not gain the integrations it needs. Zero-knowledge and decentralized storage components add engineering complexity and the possibility of bugs.
Privacy and regulatory risk. Identity projects deal with sensitive personal information, and rules on biometric and personal data vary by country and are changing. A project could face restrictions in some regions or have to alter how it works.
Scam risk. Any token tied to identity or airdrops attracts phishing sites and fake claim pages. Nobody legitimate will ask for your seed phrase.
This is general information, not financial advice, and it makes no prediction about future prices.
How to store H safely
Because H is an Ethereum-issued token, the usual Ethereum wallet practices apply.
Use a wallet you control. Leaving tokens on an exchange means the exchange holds the keys. For larger amounts, a hardware wallet keeps the private keys offline. A well-regarded software wallet can work for smaller amounts.
Protect your recovery phrase. Write it down on paper or metal, store it offline and never type it into a website, chat or form. Never share it, including with anyone claiming to be support.
Verify the contract. Get the token's contract address from the project's official channels and compare it with what your wallet shows. Fake tokens often copy the name and ticker.
Be careful with approvals. Connecting a wallet to a dApp can grant spending permission. Review approvals from time to time and revoke ones you no longer need. Consider using a separate wallet for experiments and airdrop claims.
Test first. Send a small amount before moving a large one, and double-check the network and address. Ethereum transactions cannot be reversed.
If a project asks you to submit personal or biometric information, read its privacy policy and understand how that data is stored and used before agreeing.
By the numbers
Humanity in numbers
Humanity (H) is ranked #253 by market capitalisation, with a market cap of about $110M and a price of $0.0520 as of Nov 6, 2026. Its fully diluted valuation is $520M, so roughly 21% of the eventual supply is in circulation today; tokens still to be released could add selling pressure.
The price was down 7.2% over 7 days, down 25.4% over 30 days, down 65.1% over the past year. It trades about 94% below its all-time high of $0.8537, set on Jun 2, 2026.
About 2.12B H are in circulation out of a maximum supply of 10B (21% issued).
24-hour trading volume was about $1.48M, or 1.3% of its market cap: low turnover, so large orders can move the price.
H has token contracts on Ethereum. Always check the contract address before buying or bridging: copycat tokens often reuse a well-known name and ticker.
