ActiveYelay V3 Review 2026: Yield Infrastructure for Stables and BTC
Yelay is a yield infrastructure layer that routes stablecoin, Bitcoin and real-world-asset capital into DeFi lending markets, mainly for partners who want to embed yield in their own products. The visible on-chain deposits are small, so the pitch rests on its B2B model rather than retail scale.

Good
Our verdict on Yelay V3
6.5/10Yelay suits platforms, wallets and institutions that want to offer yield through an SDK or white-label vaults, and DeFi users comfortable with a USDC vault that spreads funds across major lending markets. Its strength is a flexible, partner-first design with audited routes and no stated minimum on the main vault. The main caveat is size and transparency: on-chain TVL is small and falling, the Enhanced product is not yet live, fees and team details are not published on the homepage, and every yield figure carries smart-contract and market risk.

What is Yelay V3?
Yelay describes itself as yield infrastructure for stablecoins, Bitcoin and real-world assets. Rather than being only a consumer app, it offers vaults that other platforms can embed through an SDK or launch under their own brand.
The homepage claims more than $370M routed since inception, over 100 active strategies and five liquidity venues. DefiLlama files Yelay V3 as a yield aggregator on Sonic, Ethereum and Base, with a listing date in May 2025 and a current TVL of about $62.8K.
Its flagship retail-facing product is DeFi Blue Chip, a USDC vault with a stated historical APY of 6-9%, no minimum and immediate liquidity. Other products are aimed at institutions, including high-minimum RWA vaults and BTC collateral structures. A higher-yield Pendle strategy is listed as coming soon.
The project has a token, YLAY, which has seen sharp price moves according to search snippets.
How Yelay V3 works
Yelay works as a vault layer. A user deposits an asset such as USDC into a vault, and the vault splits the funds across lending markets and strategies, for example Euler, Aave and curated vaults shown in the example allocation. The system rebalances as rates change, and reward tokens are claimed, swapped to USDC and redeposited so yield compounds.
Deposits mint ERC-1155 shares in the user's wallet, and these represent a claim on the vault. Partners can reach the same vaults through an SDK, a white-label front end, or a custom strategy built by Yelay's engineers.
For non-DeFi products the model differs. The BTC collateral flow uses repo or escrow structures to borrow stablecoins against Bitcoin and deploy them into strategies, while the RWA vaults hold private credit and real estate income through a securitisation structure with quarterly liquidity.

Key features
01
DeFi Blue Chip vault
Stablecoin yield is routed across lending markets such as Morpho, Aave, Euler and Silo. Rewards are claimed, swapped to USDC and redeposited.
02
DeFi Enhanced (planned)
A planned product that rotates across Pendle Principal Token markets with a fixed-at-entry APY. It is marked coming soon with a target of 11-13%.
03
SDK integration
Partners integrate deposit, claim and withdraw flows into their own apps. Vault shares are minted as ERC-1155 tokens in the user's wallet.
04
White-label vaults
Businesses can launch a branded vault on Yelay's infrastructure, with their own design and clients.
05
Advisory and development
A scoped process from first call to live product, covering strategy design, engineering, audit coordination and ongoing optimisation. The site gives 8-12 weeks as the timeline.
06
BTC collateral flow
Structured yield on BTC collateral through non-recourse repo or escrow-tripartite structures, with borrowed stablecoins deployed into Yelay strategies. It is aimed at institutions.
07
RWA vaults
Two managed vaults, a senior-tranche private credit vault with 15% junior protection and a UAE real estate rental income vault, securitised in Luxembourg.
Pros and cons
What we like
- Clear B2B model with an SDK, white-label option and custom strategy development
- DeFi Blue Chip has no stated minimum and immediate liquidity
- Routes through established lending protocols such as Morpho, Aave and Euler
- Two audits listed on DefiLlama and an audits page on the site
- Covers stablecoins, Bitcoin and RWA under one infrastructure
- Vault shares are ERC-1155 tokens held in the user's own wallet
Watch out for
- TVL listed by DefiLlama is small, about $62.8K, and fell roughly 32.6% over seven days
- The RWA vaults carry very high minimums (EUR 100,000 / USD 120,000 and USD 5,000,000) and are aimed at institutions
- DeFi Enhanced, the higher-yield Pendle strategy, is still marked coming soon with minimum and liquidity terms to be confirmed
- Quoted APYs are historical or target figures and are not guaranteed
- The homepage does not detail fees for end users, and the team and legal entity are not named on it
- Exposure to several underlying protocols stacks smart-contract risk on top of Yelay's own vault code
Yelay V3 fees
Yelay does not publish a full fee schedule for end users on its homepage. The advisory process mentions fee mechanics such as performance, management or SaaS fees, so charges likely depend on how a vault is configured by the partner.
Users would see the fee terms in the vault interface, the docs or the partner's own deposit page. Gas costs on the underlying chain apply to deposits and withdrawals.
Is Yelay V3 safe?
DefiLlama lists two audits for Yelay V3, and the site links a security audits page. The homepage says capital is routed through audited protocols, but it does not name the auditors here, so read the reports directly. Vaults are smart contracts, and funds are exposed to bugs in both Yelay's code and every underlying protocol it uses.
The RWA vaults add counterparty and legal-structure risk, since returns depend on lending originators or a real estate developer, and liquidity is quarterly. The BTC collateral flow is described as institutional and structured per deal, so terms differ.
The homepage does not name a team or regulatory status. Treat quoted APYs as historical or target figures. Check the rules that apply to you before using RWA products.

- 6
For white-label, SDK, RWA or BTC products, contact the team through the partner page to discuss scope and allocation.
Who Yelay V3 is for
Yelay is mainly for businesses, wallets and fintech teams that want to add a yield product without building vault infrastructure. It also suits DeFi users who want a managed USDC vault, and institutions with the capital for the RWA or BTC collateral products. Beginners who want guaranteed returns or a long track record may prefer to wait.
