## What is Euler?

Euler is a decentralized finance (DeFi) lending protocol: users can supply crypto assets to lending markets or borrow assets against collateral. The protocol aims to support a broader range of tokens than lending platforms that restrict listings to a small set of highly liquid assets. Euler V2 is the current modular version, designed to let market curators configure lending markets. The project reports about $268 million in total value locked across 16 chains at the time of writing; that figure can change. EUL is the protocol’s token, not a share in a bank or a claim on assets deposited in a lending market. The token and the lending activity are related, but holding EUL is different from supplying assets to Euler or borrowing through it. Lending and borrowing carry their own market and liquidation risks.

## What is EUL used for?

EUL is used in Euler governance, allowing holders to participate in decisions about the protocol. Public descriptions also identify participation in Fee Streams auctions and protocol participation rewards as token uses. The details and availability of these activities can depend on current protocol rules, so check Euler’s current documentation before relying on a particular feature. EUL is not itself a lending deposit, and simply holding it does not mean you earn lending interest. Interest is associated with supplying assets to a lending market, where rates and conditions can vary. EUL also does not guarantee a return or give holders a fixed claim on protocol revenue. Governance participation may require using a compatible wallet and network, and voting power or eligibility can depend on the rules in effect. Treat token utility as subject to change through protocol governance.

## EUL supply and market figures

As of 2026-11-05, EUL’s reported circulating supply was about 24.03 million, against a total supply of about 27.18 million and a reported maximum of about 27.18 million. These figures describe token supply, not the amount available to trade at any moment. Supply figures can also differ slightly across trackers or change as tokens enter circulation. On that date, EUL traded at about $1.05, with a market capitalization of about $25.3 million and fully diluted valuation of about $28.6 million. These are time-sensitive estimates, not forecasts. The token’s price can move sharply, and past price levels—including historical highs and lows—do not indicate what it will be worth later. Market capitalization and trading volume can change quickly, so use current information when assessing the token. This page does not make a buy or sell recommendation.

## Networks that support EUL

EUL is reported as issued on Ethereum, BNB Chain, Avalanche, Arbitrum, Plasma, Sonic, Unichain, Base, TAC, Swellchain and Berachain. It is not listed here as the native token of any of those chains. When moving or receiving EUL, check that the sending and receiving networks match and that your wallet or exchange supports the specific network. Tokens with the same ticker on different networks may require a supported bridge or other network-specific method to move; do not assume that a transfer on one chain will arrive on another. Euler’s multi-chain presence can make the token accessible in more than one ecosystem, but it also means users need to pay attention to network fees, contract details and possible bridge risks. Confirm the token and network through a trusted source before sending funds.

## Risks and storage

EUL carries several risks. Its price and liquidity can fluctuate, and governance or participation features may change. The protocol’s lending markets also face smart-contract, collateral, liquidation and market risks; a problem in a market or its underlying assets can result in losses for users, even if they hold no EUL. Using EUL across multiple networks can add bridge, network and token-contract risks. For storage, EUL can generally be held in a wallet that supports the relevant network and token, or with a service that supports EUL deposits and withdrawals. With self-custody, protect the recovery phrase offline, verify the network before sending, and beware of fake tokens and phishing. A hardware wallet can help protect keys, but it does not remove protocol, market or user-error risks. Custodial services hold the keys on your behalf and carry their own risks.

By the numbers

Euler in numbers

Euler (EUL) is ranked #723 by market capitalisation, with a market cap of about $24.7M and a price of $1.03 as of Nov 6, 2026. Its fully diluted valuation is $27.9M, so roughly 88% of the eventual supply is in circulation today; tokens still to be released could add selling pressure.

The price was down 5.3% over 7 days, down 28.7% over 30 days, down 83.5% over the past year. It trades about 94% below its all-time high of $15.81, set on Jul 10, 2025.

About 24.03M EUL are in circulation out of a maximum supply of 27.18M (88% issued).

24-hour trading volume was about $1.06M, or 4.3% of its market cap: moderate turnover.

EUL has token contracts on 11 chains we track, including Ethereum, BNB Chain, Avalanche, Arbitrum. Always check the contract address before buying or bridging: copycat tokens often reuse a well-known name and ticker.

EUL is linked to Euler V2, which we cover in our Lending rankings. See our Euler V2 page for how the protocol works and how we score it.

EUL FAQs

What is Euler (EUL)?

EUL is the token associated with the Euler lending protocol. It is used for governance and has also been described as participating in Fee Streams auctions and protocol participation rewards.

What is EUL used for?

EUL is used in protocol governance and may be used in participation features described by Euler. Holding EUL alone does not mean you earn lending interest; that is associated with supplying assets to a lending market and comes with separate risks.

What is the supply of EUL?

As of 2026-11-05, the reported circulating supply was about 24.03 million EUL, and the reported maximum supply was about 27.18 million. Supply figures can change or vary slightly between sources.

Which networks support EUL?

EUL is reported as issued on Ethereum, BNB Chain, Avalanche, Arbitrum, Plasma, Sonic, Unichain, Base, TAC, Swellchain and Berachain. Check that your wallet or exchange supports the network you intend to use.

How can I store EUL?

EUL may be held in a wallet that supports the relevant network and token, or with a custodial service that supports it. Verify the network and token before sending, and protect your recovery phrase if you use self-custody.

What is the market cap of Euler?

As of Nov 6, 2026, Euler had a market cap of about $24.7M, ranking #723 among cryptocurrencies by market capitalisation. Market cap is price multiplied by circulating supply, so it moves with the price.

What is the all-time high of EUL?

Euler's all-time high is $15.81, reached on Jul 10, 2025. Its all-time low is $0.7197 (Mar 29, 2026). Past prices say nothing about future returns.

What is the circulating supply of EUL?

As of Nov 6, 2026, about 24.03M EUL were in circulation, against a maximum supply of 27.18M.

Which blockchains is EUL on?

It has token contracts on Ethereum, BNB Chain, Avalanche, Arbitrum, Plasma, Sonic, Unichain, Base and 3 more.
