What USDA is

USDA is a dollar-pegged stablecoin that, according to its project description, is issued by the AP Web3 ecosystem. The stated goal is a 1:1 link to the US dollar, so one USDA is meant to be worth about one dollar and to be backed by an equal amount of USD held in reserve. The project describes it as a compliant payment and settlement instrument for global users.

The name causes confusion. Several unrelated projects have used "USDA", including a stablecoin effort on Cardano, and the abbreviation is also used for the US Department of Agriculture. This page covers only the USDA that is issued on BNB Chain, whose contract address is listed by the project as 0x17EAfd08994305D8AcE37EfB82F1523177eC70EE. Always check a contract address against the issuer's own published information before interacting with any token that shares a name with others.

USDA is classed as a stablecoin and, at the time of writing, ranks around 314th by market capitalisation.

What the token is used for

The main use of a stablecoin like USDA is to hold and move dollar value on a blockchain without the price swings of assets such as BTC or ETH. The project says USDA is meant for digital payments and asset settlement, with the aim of making blockchain-based payments and financial services easier to adopt.

The project description highlights three selling points: a 1:1 USD anchor supported by reserves and regular audits, a claim of FDIC protection, and regulatory compliance through a regulated issuer in the AP Web3 ecosystem. The published text is promotional and cuts off before finishing its list of features, so it is not a full specification.

Treat the FDIC claim with care. FDIC insurance is designed for deposits at insured banks, and it does not automatically cover crypto tokens. If this matters to you, look for the issuer's own legal terms, reserve attestations and custody arrangements instead of relying on a summary. the public information available here do not name specific payment apps, exchanges or DeFi protocols that use USDA.

Supply and tokenomics

At the time of writing, about 87.0 million USDA are in circulation. The total supply is the same figure, and no maximum supply is recorded. That matches how stablecoins usually work: supply is not fixed in advance, but expands when new tokens are issued against deposited dollars and shrinks when tokens are redeemed.

As of 2026-11-05, the market capitalisation is about $80.2 million, and the fully diluted valuation is the same because all tokens are already circulating. Trading volume over the previous 24 hours was only about $182,000, which is small relative to the market cap.

There is no separate governance token or fee-sharing model described, and no information about emissions, staking rewards or team allocations. For a stablecoin the relevant question is not tokenomics in the usual sense but how issuance, reserves and redemption work, and who is allowed to redeem. Those details should come from the issuer's documentation and any reserve reports it publishes.

Chains, holding and trading

USDA is issued on BNB Chain, which means it is a token on that network and not the native coin of its own blockchain. Gas fees for sending it are paid in BNB, so a wallet needs a small BNB balance to move USDA. The project describes USDA as cross-chain, but the data here lists only BNB Chain as an issuing network, so confirm which chains are officially supported before bridging anything.

In general terms, USDA can be held in any wallet that supports BNB Chain tokens, after adding the token by its contract address if it does not appear automatically. It can be traded on exchanges or decentralised exchange pools that list it, and in principle redeemed with the issuer if you meet its requirements.

Liquidity looks thin judging by the small daily volume at the time of writing. That can mean wider spreads and price moves when swapping larger amounts, and it may be harder to exit a position at close to one dollar.

History and price record

The launch date is not given, so it is not stated here. The market record begins to show clearly in late 2025, but that is when tracking data appears, not necessarily when the token was created.

The price history is unusual for something meant to stay at one dollar. The all-time low was about $0.59 on 2025-10-09, and the all-time high was about $1.19 on 2025-12-20. As of 2026-11-05, the price is about $0.92, roughly 8% below the peg. The token is down about 4.5% over seven days and about 7.6% over one year.

A stablecoin that has traded as low as 59 cents and as high as 119 cents has not held its peg tightly. The cause is not explained. It could reflect thin liquidity, limited redemption access, doubts about reserves, or a mix of these, and it would be speculation to pick one. No notable events such as audits, incidents or partnerships are confirmed here.

Risks

The clearest risk is peg risk. USDA currently trades below one dollar and has seen large swings, so the 1:1 claim is not being reflected consistently in the market. If you hold it, you may not be able to sell for a full dollar.

Reserve and issuer risk matters too. A stablecoin is only as sound as the assets behind it and the entity holding them. Check whether recent attestations or audits exist, who the custodian is, and what the redemption terms are. The FDIC claim should be verified independently, since pass-through insurance for token holders is not automatic.

Other risks include:

  • Liquidity risk: low trading volume can make exits costly.
  • Regulatory risk: rules for stablecoins differ by country and can change.
  • Smart contract risk: bugs or admin controls, such as freezing or blocking addresses, can affect holders. Compliance-focused stablecoins often include such controls.
  • Name confusion: copycat or similarly named tokens exist, so scams are possible.

This is general information, not financial advice.

How to store it safely

Choose a wallet that supports BNB Chain and that you control. A self-custody wallet, where you hold the recovery phrase, gives you control but also full responsibility. Write the phrase down offline, never share it, and never type it into a website or send it in a message. A hardware wallet adds protection for larger balances.

Before adding USDA, compare the contract address against the issuer's official channels. If a token with the same name shows up in your wallet unprompted, do not interact with it. Send a small test transaction first when moving funds to a new address, and keep a little BNB for fees.

Be careful with token approvals. When you use decentralised apps, you may grant a contract permission to spend your USDA, and you can review and revoke old approvals through your wallet or a reputable approval-management tool. If you keep USDA on an exchange instead, you rely on that platform's solvency and security. Considering the price has drifted below the peg, avoid holding more than you are prepared to see fluctuate.

By the numbers

USDA in numbers

USDA (USDA) is ranked #311 by market capitalisation, with a market cap of about $79.0M and a price of $0.9089 as of Nov 6, 2026. Its fully diluted valuation ($79.0M) is close to its market cap, so little new supply is still to come.

The price was down 4.6% over 7 days, up 0.3% over 30 days, down 8.8% over the past year. It trades about 24% below its all-time high of $1.19, set on Dec 20, 2025.

About 86.97M USDA are in circulation. No hard maximum supply is listed, so new tokens can still be issued.

24-hour trading volume was about $211K, or 0.3% of its market cap: low turnover, so large orders can move the price.

USDA has token contracts on BNB Chain. Always check the contract address before buying or bridging: copycat tokens often reuse a well-known name and ticker.

USDA FAQs

Is USDA always worth one dollar?

It is meant to be, with a 1:1 target against the US dollar. As of 2026-11-05, though, the price is about $0.92, and it has traded as low as about $0.59 and as high as about $1.19. That means the peg has not held tightly.

Is USDA the same as the USDA stablecoin on Cardano?

No. The USDA covered here is issued on BNB Chain by the AP Web3 ecosystem. Other projects, including a stablecoin effort on Cardano, have used the same name, so check the contract address and issuer before buying or sending anything.

Does USDA have FDIC insurance?

The project says USDA integrates FDIC protection, but treat this carefully. FDIC insurance normally applies to deposits at insured banks and does not automatically extend to crypto tokens. Read the issuer's legal terms and reserve disclosures to see what, if anything, applies to you.

How many USDA tokens exist?

About 87.0 million USDA are circulating at the time of writing, equal to the total supply, and no maximum is recorded. The market cap is about $80.2 million as of 2026-11-05. Stablecoin supply can change as tokens are issued or redeemed.

Which wallet can hold USDA?

USDA is a BNB Chain token, so a wallet that supports BNB Chain can hold it, and you need BNB for fees. It may be added by contract address. Verify that address through the issuer's official channels before adding it.

Why is USDA trading below $1?

The price sits below the peg, and the project does not explain the cause. Thin trading volume, limited redemption access or reserve concerns are all possible, but none is confirmed here. Check the issuer's reserve reports and redemption terms.

What is the market cap of USDA?

As of Nov 6, 2026, USDA had a market cap of about $79.0M, ranking #311 among cryptocurrencies by market capitalisation. Market cap is price multiplied by circulating supply, so it moves with the price.

What is the all-time high of USDA?

USDA's all-time high is $1.19, reached on Dec 20, 2025. Its all-time low is $0.5906 (Oct 9, 2025). Past prices say nothing about future returns.

What is the circulating supply of USDA?

As of Nov 6, 2026, about 86.97M USDA were in circulation; no fixed maximum supply is listed.

Which blockchains is USDA on?

It has token contracts on BNB Chain.
