What CRCLON is
CRCLON is the Ondo Tokenized version of Circle Internet Group, the company behind the USDC stablecoin and the issuer whose shares trade in the US under the ticker CRCL. The token is a blockchain-based instrument meant to give holders economic exposure similar to owning CRCL, including the effect of reinvested dividends.
It is not Circle's own token, and holding it does not make you a shareholder in the usual legal sense. Ondo Finance issues it as part of its Global Markets product, which offers tokenized US stocks and ETFs. According to the project description, the product is aimed at non-US retail and institutional users, and additional restrictions apply. Eligibility depends on where you live and on the platform you use.
In practice, the price of CRCLON is meant to follow the price of the underlying stock rather than move on its own crypto-market story. If CRCL rises or falls, the token is designed to follow, with some differences from timing, fees and market hours.
What the token is used for
The main purpose of CRCLON is to let people outside the US get price exposure to Circle stock using a crypto wallet instead of a traditional brokerage account. Ondo describes the system as one where eligible users can mint and redeem tokenized stocks at any hour of the day, five days a week, with access to traditional exchange liquidity.
The token does not appear to have governance rights, staking rewards or a role inside a particular protocol, and the public information available do not describe any. It is best understood as a tracking instrument. Its value comes from the stock it mirrors, not from fees or network activity.
Some holders may like that a tokenized stock can sit in a self-custody wallet, move between supported chains and, on some venues, be traded alongside other crypto assets. Whether it can be used as collateral or in DeFi depends on the specific platform, so check the terms before assuming it can.
Supply and tokenomics
CRCLON has no fixed maximum supply. Data at the time of writing shows about 1.18 million tokens in circulation, equal to the total supply, and no listed maximum. That pattern fits a tokenized stock, where supply generally expands when eligible users mint tokens and shrinks when tokens are redeemed.
As of 2026-11-05, the price was about $73.91, giving a market capitalization of roughly $87.0 million. Fully diluted value was shown as the same figure, because all tokens are already counted. Trading volume over 24 hours was about $1.2 million, and the token ranked around 294 by market cap.
There is no inflation schedule, team allocation or vesting calendar to study, as with many crypto tokens. The relevant economics are those of Circle stock itself, plus the terms of Ondo's product, such as how dividends are handled. The project description says dividends are effectively reinvested, which would be reflected in the token's value rather than paid out separately.
Chains, holding and trading
CRCLON is issued on several networks: Ethereum, Hyperliquid L1, BNB Chain, Solana and Robinhood Chain. It is not the native token of any of them. A holder needs a wallet that supports the specific chain on which their token sits, and tokens on different networks are not interchangeable without a supported bridge or transfer route.
There are two broad ways to get it. Eligible users can mint or redeem through Ondo's platform, subject to its checks and restrictions. Others buy and sell on exchanges or decentralized venues that list the token, where the price can drift slightly from the underlying stock, especially when US markets are closed and liquidity is thinner.
Because availability depends on jurisdiction, some people will not be able to access it at all. Platforms may require identity verification, and those rules must be followed as written. Check which chain and contract address a venue supports before sending anything, since sending to the wrong network can lead to permanent loss.
History and notable events
the public information available do not give a launch date for CRCLON, so it is best to avoid guessing one. What the data does show is the price path. The all-time high was about $158.37 on 2025-10-10, and the all-time low was about $47.99 on 2026-02-05. As of 2026-11-05 the price was well below the peak, with a decline of about 33% over the previous year and about 6% over the previous week.
Those moves track the underlying stock, so they say more about Circle's share price than about Ondo's technology. Circle's business is closely linked to stablecoins, so investor sentiment toward USDC, interest rates and crypto regulation tends to matter for the share price.
Ondo has described CRCLON as one of the larger tokens on its Global Markets platform by market cap and onchain transfer volume. That is a statement from the project itself, and the ranking of tokenized stocks can change over time. Past performance is not a guide to what comes next.
Key risks
The first risk is market risk. If CRCL falls, CRCLON is designed to fall with it, and a token with a market cap in the tens of millions of dollars can also face wide spreads and thin order books. A 24-hour volume of about $1.2 million means large trades could move the price.
The second is issuer and structure risk. You depend on Ondo and its partners to hold the underlying exposure and honor redemptions. The token is not the same as direct share ownership, so legal rights, voting and recourse may differ from those of a brokerage account.
The third is access and regulatory risk. The product is aimed at non-US users, with restrictions that can change, and some platforms may limit or delist it. Tax treatment may also differ by country.
Other risks include smart contract bugs, bridge failures across chains, tracking gaps when US markets are closed, and the usual dangers of fake tokens with similar names. Nothing here is investment advice.
How to store it safely
Keep CRCLON in a wallet that supports the exact chain your tokens are on, whether Ethereum, Solana, BNB Chain, Hyperliquid or Robinhood Chain. A self-custody wallet puts you in control of the private keys, which also means you alone are responsible for protecting them.
Write down the recovery phrase on paper, store it offline and never type it into a website, chat or support form. For larger holdings, a hardware wallet adds protection against malware. Test a small transfer first, and confirm the contract address from the issuer's official materials rather than a search result or social post, since lookalike tokens exist.
If you hold the token on an exchange instead, you rely on that company's security and its rules, and withdrawals may be restricted by location. Remember that some wallets or apps may not be allowed to receive tokenized stocks in certain regions. Always follow the platform's terms and any age and identity checks.
By the numbers
Circle Internet Group (Ondo Tokenized Stock) in numbers
Circle Internet Group (Ondo Tokenized Stock) (CRCLON) is ranked #307 by market capitalisation, with a market cap of about $79.3M and a price of $67.25 as of Nov 7, 2026. Its fully diluted valuation ($79.3M) is close to its market cap, so little new supply is still to come.
The price was down 8.1% over 7 days, down 16.5% over 30 days, down 33.2% over the past year. It trades about 58% below its all-time high of $158.37, set on Oct 10, 2025.
About 1.18M CRCLON are in circulation. No hard maximum supply is listed, so new tokens can still be issued.
24-hour trading volume was about $787K, or 1.0% of its market cap: low turnover, so large orders can move the price.
CRCLON has token contracts on 5 chains we track, including Ethereum, Hyperliquid L1, BNB Chain, Solana. Always check the contract address before buying or bridging: copycat tokens often reuse a well-known name and ticker.
