What APEX (AP3X) is

APEX, ticker AP3X, is the primary token of Apex Fusion, a project that describes itself as a bridge between two blockchain designs: the UTXO model, familiar from Bitcoin and Cardano, and the account-based EVM model used by Ethereum and many other networks. Rather than a single chain, Apex Fusion is presented as a composite system of several networks joined by trusted bridges.

According to the project's own description, the base layer uses the Ouroboros proof-of-stake consensus protocol, the same family of protocols used by Cardano. On top of that base sit side chains, one suited to UTXO-style applications and one suited to EVM smart contracts. The idea is that each chain handles the work it is best designed for, while a single token moves between them.

The main chain is called Prime, and the AP3X token is issued only there. Versions on other networks are meant to be representations of that token. Data sources classify AP3X as a Layer 1 token, and it is also tagged as part of the Base ecosystem, reflecting a wrapped version on that chain. As of 2026-11-05 it ranks around 359 by market capitalization, which makes it a small-cap asset.

What the token is used for

Project materials and exchange announcements describe AP3X as a utility token for the Apex Fusion system. The roles listed are paying network fees, taking part in governance, and staking. Staking lets holders help secure the Prime network and earn rewards, and the project has marketed a fixed annual yield of around 10 percent. Treat that as a promotional figure from the project, not a guarantee, since actual rewards depend on network rules that can change.

The token is also meant to work as the common currency across the system's chains. Because AP3X is issued on Prime and then made available on connected networks, users can in principle pay fees or interact with applications on the EVM or UTXO layers using the same asset.

A February 2025 announcement about the Prime chain and the AP3X token described it as a utility token, which the project said gives clarity to people involved in staking and network participation. That is the project's own framing and not a legal ruling. Beyond fees, governance, staking and cross-chain use, the public information does not point to other uses, so this page does not speculate on any.

Supply and tokenomics

AP3X has a fixed maximum supply of 3 billion tokens, and the total supply equals that maximum, so no further issuance is indicated in the data. As of 2026-11-05, about 1.88 billion tokens were counted as circulating, roughly 63 percent of the total.

At a price of about $0.036, the circulating market capitalization was around $67.5 million at the time of writing, while the fully diluted valuation, which assumes all 3 billion tokens exist, was about $107.4 million. The gap between the two figures is a reminder that over a billion tokens are not yet in circulation.

The public data available here does not include a clear breakdown of allocations, such as team, investors, treasury or community shares, or a full unlock schedule. Readers who want to judge future dilution should look for the project's official documentation on how the remaining supply is released and who holds it. Staking rewards, if paid from newly released tokens, would also affect how circulating supply grows, so it is worth checking where those rewards come from.

Chains and how it is held and traded

AP3X's home is the Prime chain, where it is the native asset. It is not listed as the native coin of any other chain in the data we have. In December 2025 the project announced a version called bAP3X on Base, an Ethereum layer 2 network, which links the EVM side of the system with the UTXO side. That is why the token appears under the Base ecosystem. At least one third-party listing describes the token as running on BNB Smart Chain instead, so sources are not consistent, and anyone dealing with the token should confirm which network and contract address they are using before sending funds.

In general terms, holding AP3X means using a wallet that supports the network where your tokens live. Wrapped versions on EVM chains can usually be held in a standard EVM wallet, while native Prime holdings need wallet software that supports that chain. Bridging between networks relies on the project's bridges, which are described as trusted, meaning users depend on the bridge operators and code.

Trading is mainly on centralized exchanges, such as BitMart, which announced a listing in May 2025. Reported 24-hour volume as of 2026-11-05 was only about $874, which signals very thin trading.

History and notable events

Apex Fusion introduced its Prime chain and the AP3X token in February 2025, and the token appeared on exchanges soon after. BitMart announced a listing in May 2025. In December 2025 the project announced bAP3X on Base, described as connecting the UTXO and EVM architectures in what it called a tri-chain system.

Price history has been volatile. The all-time high was about $0.251 on 2025-04-20. The all-time low was about $0.0135 on 2026-07-26, and the price had recovered to around $0.036 by 2026-11-05. Over the previous seven days it was down about 4 percent, and over the previous year it was down about 41 percent. These are past figures and say nothing about what comes next.

The data does not give a precise launch date for the token, so this page does not state one. One listing describes it as launched in 2025, which matches the February 2025 announcement. For the latest on upgrades, bridge changes and exchange listings, the project's own channels are the best place to check.

Risks

AP3X carries the risks common to small-cap crypto assets, plus some specific to its design.

  • Liquidity: daily volume of a few hundred dollars means even small orders can move the price, and selling may be hard at a fair price.
  • Bridge risk: the system relies on trusted bridges between chains. Bridges have been a frequent target of exploits across crypto, and a failure could affect wrapped versions of the token.
  • Complexity: a multi-chain design with several layers has more parts that can fail than a single chain.
  • Dilution: about 1.1 billion tokens were not yet circulating at the time of writing, and details of their release are not clear from public data.
  • Competition: many projects aim to connect different blockchains, and adoption is not assured.
  • Marketing claims: staking yields and ecosystem growth targets come from the project, and rewards are not guaranteed.
  • Regulation: a utility label from the project does not settle how regulators in any given country will treat the token.

This page is informational and does not offer buy or sell advice. Anyone considering AP3X should read the project's documentation and only risk money they can afford to lose.

How to store it safely

How you store AP3X depends on which network your tokens are on. Check that your wallet explicitly supports that network and that the token contract address matches the one published by the project. Fake tokens with similar names are common, especially on EVM chains.

For larger amounts, a self-custody wallet where you control the keys is generally considered safer than leaving tokens on an exchange, because exchanges can freeze withdrawals or be hacked. A hardware wallet adds protection when it supports the network in question, which is worth confirming before you move funds. Write the recovery phrase on paper, keep it offline, and never share it or type it into a website or chat.

If you stake, read how locking, unlocking and reward payouts work before committing tokens, and keep some funds free to pay network fees. When bridging between chains, send a small test amount first and use only the bridge the project officially lists. Be wary of unsolicited messages offering support, airdrops or yield, as these are a frequent route for wallet-draining scams.

By the numbers

APEX in numbers

APEX (AP3X) is ranked #366 by market capitalisation, with a market cap of about $64.1M and a price of $0.0340 as of Nov 6, 2026. Its fully diluted valuation is $102M, so roughly 63% of the eventual supply is in circulation today; tokens still to be released could add selling pressure.

The price was down 8.6% over 7 days, up 32.0% over 30 days, down 44.9% over the past year. It trades about 86% below its all-time high of $0.2514, set on Apr 20, 2025.

About 1.88B AP3X are in circulation out of a maximum supply of 3B (63% issued).

24-hour trading volume was about $453, or 0.0% of its market cap: low turnover, so large orders can move the price.

AP3X has token contracts on Base. Always check the contract address before buying or bridging: copycat tokens often reuse a well-known name and ticker.
