Zivoe Review 2026: On-Chain Private Credit for Stablecoins

Our verdict on Zivoe

6.3/10

Zivoe suits verified, risk-aware stablecoin holders who want exposure to private and consumer credit with clearly stated redemption terms. Its main strengths are the Lighthouse transparency dashboard, defined strategy terms and wide network support. The main caveats are credit and liquidity risk, weekly redemptions that depend on available liquidity, a small asset base, and unpublished fees and yield figures. Read each vault's terms and the audit reports before depositing, and treat it as a higher-risk allocation rather than a savings account.

What is Zivoe?

Zivoe is a real-world asset credit protocol that offers tokenized exposure to private credit, including consumer lending, for stablecoin holders. Its homepage describes it as the private credit layer for stablecoins, aimed at institutional and stablecoin capital.

The project announced its mainnet launch for July 31, 2024, and a funding announcement from the same year was reported. Today it presents a platform with multiple vaults, a transparency dashboard called Lighthouse, and a stated roadmap across many networks. The homepage shows an on-chain NAV of about $2.65 million and a token price of about $1.15. A third-party vault listing reports a similar total value locked of around $2.7 million.

The design is closer to a managed credit fund than an open DeFi money market. Users must complete KYC, strategies have defined terms, and redemptions run on a weekly schedule subject to liquidity. The homepage does not publish yield figures, fee levels or the names of audit firms, although two audits are listed in tracking data.

How Zivoe works

Zivoe brings private credit on-chain. Verified users deposit stablecoins into vaults, and the capital is allocated to credit strategies that the platform describes as curated. These include exposure to the consumer lending market. Returns come from the interest the underlying credit positions generate, rather than from trading or token emissions.

Each strategy has its own duration, redemption schedule and liquidity terms. Users track their position in the platform and can request redemptions weekly, as liquidity allows. The homepage shows an on-chain NAV and token price, and one third-party listing describes a Zivoe vault built on Centrifuge infrastructure on Ethereum.

The Lighthouse dashboard shows portfolio composition, individual credit positions, reported performance and redemption reserves by network and stablecoin. Because the underlying loans exist off-chain, users rely on the platform's reporting and servicing partners for performance data.

Pros and cons

What we like

  • Each strategy has a defined duration, redemption schedule and liquidity terms.
  • The Lighthouse dashboard shows portfolio, positions, balance sheet and redemption reserves.
  • Available on many networks, including Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum and BNB Chain.
  • KYC and a Chainalysis-supported compliance program suit users who want a regulated-style setup.
  • Two audits are listed in tracking data, and the code is on GitHub.

Watch out for

  • Deposits require KYC, so the product is not open to anonymous or unverified users.
  • Redemptions are weekly and only as liquidity allows, so exits are not instant.
  • Returns depend on off-chain consumer and private credit performance, which carries borrower default and underwriting risk.
  • The reported on-chain NAV of about $2.6 million is small for a credit platform, which limits liquidity depth.
  • Fee levels, yield figures and the names of the audit firms are not stated on the homepage.
  • The terms of use present the protocol as provided "as is", with developers disclaiming liability for losses.

Zivoe fees

Zivoe's homepage does not publish a fee schedule, such as management, performance or redemption fees. Users should expect these details on individual vault pages, in the documentation and in the terms before depositing.

On-chain network gas costs also apply when depositing or redeeming. They vary by network and are separate from any fees the platform itself charges.

Is Zivoe safe?

Zivoe lists two audits in tracking data, but the audit firms and reports are not named on the homepage. It also publishes code on GitHub. Check the documentation for audit scope, admin permissions and upgrade controls before depositing.

The main risks are off-chain. Returns depend on borrowers repaying consumer and private credit loans, and on the platform's underwriting and servicing partners. Redemptions are weekly and limited by available liquidity, so you may not be able to exit at the moment you want. The terms of use state that the protocol is provided as is, with no warranties and limited liability.

Zivoe says it requires KYC and works with Chainalysis. Eligibility rules vary by country, so confirm that you qualify to use the platform where you live. The team is described as industry veterans, but individual names and track records are on the team page and are not detailed in its homepage.

Who Zivoe is for
