InactiveSophon Farm Review 2026: Shutdown Notice and Withdrawals
Sophon Farm was a staking farm where users deposited tokens to earn Sophon Points, redeemable for SOPH. The Sophon network is shutting down, so the practical task now is withdrawing any remaining assets.

Our verdict on Sophon Farm
4.5/10Sophon Farm was a points farm that suited users who wanted early exposure to the Sophon ecosystem and SOPH through staking. Its model was simple and it supported partner liquid staking tokens. The main caveat is that the Sophon network is shutting down, so the farm is now relevant mainly as a place to withdraw remaining assets before the reported deadline. Anyone with funds still deposited should withdraw them, using only the official site, and not rely on the farm for new yield.

What is Sophon Farm?
Sophon Farm is the staking program of the Sophon project. Users deposited tokens to earn Sophon Points (SP), which could later be redeemed for the SOPH token. It ran on Ethereum and Sophon and was listed in DeFi data from January 2025.
The farm held about $2.97 million in total value locked in the data reviewed, down 2.7% over seven days. Partner projects such as Avail and Aethir offered liquid staking tokens that could be farmed there.
The project's status has changed. Public reporting from October 2026 report that the Sophon team is shutting down the network, with the mainnet shutdown reported for November 30. They tell users to withdraw unclaimed farm assets from the official farm site, and some coverage gives November 25 as the withdrawal cutoff. Sophon Farm is therefore winding down, not accepting new long-term users.
How Sophon Farm works
Sophon Farm was a deposit-and-earn program. Users sent supported tokens, including liquid staking tokens from partner projects, into the farm's contracts. In return the farm credited their accounts with Sophon Points (SP) in proportion to what they held and how long it stayed there.
Those points were not a token. The project description says they could later be redeemed for $SOPH, the network's token. This is a points farm: depositors give up liquidity for the program's duration in exchange for a share of future rewards. Value depends on the redemption terms.
With the network shutting down, the farm's main function now is to let depositors withdraw. Reports say unclaimed assets must be withdrawn from the official farm site before the deadline.
6 features
Key features
01
Points-based farming
Users deposited supported tokens into the farm and accrued Sophon Points over time. Points were intended to be redeemed for SOPH later.
02
Liquid staking token support
Partner projects such as Avail and Aethir offered liquid staking tokens (stAVAIL, stATH) that could be staked in the farm. This let holders earn points on top of the underlying staking yield.
03
Gas-free farming on Sophon
The project promoted the farm as gas free for depositors on Sophon, which lowered the cost of entry for smaller accounts.
04
Ethereum and Sophon support
Deposits were tracked on Ethereum and Sophon, according to the listing. Users managed positions from a single web app.
05
Audits listed
The listing shows two audits. The names of the auditors are not given in the material reviewed.
06
Withdrawal access
The farm is now the place to withdraw unclaimed assets as the network winds down.
Pros and cons
What we like
- Clear, simple model: deposit tokens, accrue points, redeem later
- Supported liquid staking tokens from partners such as Avail and Aethir
- Two audits are listed in the DeFi data
- Gas-free farming was promoted on Sophon
- Withdrawals remain open on the official site during the shutdown period
Watch out for
- The Sophon network shutdown has been announced, so the farm has no long-term future
- Unwithdrawn assets can be lost if users miss the deadline reported in the shutdown notices
- Rewards came as points, not a token, so the value depended on later redemption terms
- Fee details are not published on the homepage
- Fake sites and phishing links are a known risk around shutdowns, so users must check the address carefully
Sophon Farm fees
The Sophon Farm homepage does not publish a fee schedule. Deposits and withdrawals on Ethereum would incur normal network gas. One project post says farming on Sophon was gas free.
The farm paid its rewards in points, not through trading fees or interest, so no yield rate is stated. Any redemption terms for points would come from the Sophon team's own announcements.
Is Sophon Farm safe?
The DeFi data lists two audits for Sophon Farm. The names of the auditors and the reports are not given publicly reviewed, so readers should look for them in the project's own documentation. Smart-contract risk always applies when assets are deposited into a farm, and audits do not remove it.
The larger risk now is the shutdown. Reports say users must withdraw unclaimed assets before the cutoff, and that the team warned of fake links. Use only addresses published by the official Sophon channels. The project does not publish licensing information, as it is a DeFi farm and not a regulated service.

Sophon Farm FAQs
Is Sophon Farm shutting down?
Public reporting from Oct 2026 report that the team is shutting down the Sophon network. The mainnet shutdown is reported for November 30, and users are told to withdraw unclaimed farm assets beforehand. Check the official Sophon announcements for the exact dates.
How do I withdraw my assets from Sophon Farm?
Reports of the shutdown tell users to withdraw unclaimed farm assets on the official Sophon Farm site before the deadline. Some coverage gives November 25 as the cutoff. Anything left after the deadline may be lost, so act early.
What are Sophon Points?
Sophon Points (SP) were points earned by depositing assets into the farm. According to the project description, they can later be redeemed for the SOPH token. The redemption terms are set by the Sophon team.
What happens to SOPH after the shutdown?
Reports say SOPH continues to exist on Ethereum after the network shutdown. The farm itself is only a withdrawal point at this stage. The token's future value or utility is not something this review can state.
Does Sophon Farm charge fees?
The farm's own site does not publish a fee schedule. Network gas applies to Ethereum transactions. One project post describes farming on Sophon as gas free.
Is Sophon Farm safe?
The DeFi data listing shows two audits, but the auditors' names are not given publicly reviewed. Staking farms still carry smart-contract risk. With the shutdown announced, the main risk is missing the withdrawal window.
