ActiveKrystal Review 2026: AI Liquidity Farming Vaults
Krystal is a liquidity management platform that uses AI-driven vaults and automation to farm concentrated-liquidity pools across several DEXs and chains. TVL is small, so it suits LPs who want tooling more than a large, proven vault.

Our verdict on Krystal
6.8/10Krystal suits liquidity providers who already use concentrated-liquidity DEXs and want automation, a pool explorer and one-token vault entry across several chains. Its main strength is tooling breadth: AI and community vaults, zaps and an earnings simulator in one place. The main caveat is scale and transparency. TVL is under $1 million and falling, fees are not published on the homepage, and high-APR farming carries impermanent loss and token risk.

What is Krystal?
Krystal is a liquidity management platform for DeFi users who provide liquidity to DEXs. The homepage describes it as a liquidity farming agent that covers exploring pools, creating positions, tracking them and automating changes. It supports Uniswap V3/V4, PancakeSwap, SushiSwap, Aerodrome, THENA and Camelot across chains including Ethereum, Base, BNB Chain, Arbitrum and Robinhood Chain.
The project began as a DeFi wallet with swap and lending features, as described in a partnership announcement with Orbs. It has since shifted toward automated liquidity management, with AI-run Auto-Farm vaults and community vaults. A third-party tracker reports a $6.6 million seed round in 2021 with investors such as Hashed, Crypto.com and BlockTower Capital.
Adoption looks modest. TVL was around $830,000 in early November 2026, down about 13% in 30 days, after peaking near $1.45 million in October 2025. Krystal is better seen as a tooling layer for LPs than as a large vault protocol.
How Krystal works
On a DEX such as Uniswap V3 or V4, liquidity providers deposit two tokens into a pool and earn trading fees. In concentrated-liquidity pools, an LP chooses a price range, which can raise fee income but needs regular rebalancing as prices move. Krystal builds tools to find, open and manage these positions.
In its Auto-Farm vaults, a user deposits a single token and the funds are split across several pools. AI agents monitor market and liquidity flows and adjust positions. Rewards from pools and incentive programs such as Merkl are converted back into the principal token. Community vaults work similarly but are run by human managers.
Users who prefer control can create positions manually with zaps, which convert any asset into the right pool pair, and then use automation to reinvest or rebalance. A DeFi data tracker lists Krystal's products as Auto-Farm Vault and Community Vault.

Pros and cons
What we like
- Covers 10+ DEXs and several major chains from one interface.
- Offers both AI-run vaults and manager-run community vaults, plus manual position tools.
- Single-token zap-in and automatic conversion of rewards simplify multi-pool farming.
- Includes an earnings simulator and pool explorer with APR and TVL filters.
- Provides data and API services for developers.
- Backed by a disclosed $6.6 million seed round from known crypto investors, according to a third-party tracker.
Watch out for
- TVL is small, at roughly $830,000 in early November 2026, and it fell about 13% over the prior 30 days.
- The tracked all-time high TVL of about $1.45 million is modest, so the vaults have limited scale.
- The site does not publish fee levels for vaults, zaps or API services.
- Audit details for the current vault contracts are not published on the homepage; the only audit statement found concerns the older wallet product.
- The homepage promotes '4-digit APRs', which usually come from short-lived or volatile pools and carry impermanent loss and token price risk.
- AI-managed strategies add a layer of opaque decision-making, and the team behind the AI agents is not named.
Krystal fees
Krystal does not publish a fee schedule on its homepage. Any performance, management or zap fees on Auto-Farm and community vaults would be shown in the app or documentation before a deposit.
Users also pay network gas on each chain, and the underlying DEXs charge their own pool fees. Automation is described as a way to reduce transaction costs, but no figures are given.
Is Krystal safe?
Public sources do not include a current audit report for the vault contracts. An older partnership announcement states that the Krystal wallet was non-custodial and that its smart contracts were audited by external parties, and the homepage lists Code4rena among its partners. Check the documentation for current audit reports before depositing.
Vault users face smart-contract risk, impermanent loss in concentrated-liquidity pools and exposure to the tokens in each pool. AI-managed strategies may rebalance in ways users cannot fully predict. With TVL under $1 million, the vaults have a limited track record at scale. No hacks are reported.

Who Krystal is for
Krystal is for DeFi users who already provide liquidity on DEXs such as Uniswap, PancakeSwap or Aerodrome and want tools to find pools, automate rebalancing and use vaults. It is less suited to beginners who do not understand impermanent loss or to anyone seeking guaranteed yield.
