Our verdict on Hubra Yield
6.2/10Hubra Yield suits Solana users who want SOL staking, liquid staking and stablecoin vaults from a single operator and who accept early-stage risk. Its main strength is the long-running validator behind it and a non-custodial setup with flexible exits. The main caveat is the vaults' small TVL of about $43,000, the absence of listed audits and unpublished vault fees. Start small, read the docs and verify the contracts before depositing.

What is Hubra Yield?
Hubra Yield is the vault arm of Hubra, a Solana project that says it has run a validator since 2020. Besides native SOL staking, it offers raSOL liquid staking and automated stablecoin vaults named raUSDC, raUSDT, raUSDS, raUSDG and raUSD1. DefiLlama describes it as non-custodial and aimed at making professional yield strategies accessible.
The homepage cites 129,242 SOL of validator stake and a 4.93% native APY. It also says the validator has delegation from the Solana Foundation, stake pools and Solana protocols. These are the project's own claims.
The vault side is small. DefiLlama tracks roughly $43,000 in TVL for Hubra Yield, with a listing date of April 2026 and a small weekly decline. The product has no token and no audits listed on DefiLlama.
How Hubra Yield works
Hubra runs a Solana validator. With native staking, you delegate SOL to it while the coins stay in your wallet. The network mints rewards each epoch, roughly 2.5 days, and pays them to delegators in proportion to stake. Rewards restake automatically by default.
Liquid staking swaps your stake for raSOL, a transferable token that represents the staked position and can be used as collateral or inventory in other Solana apps. The price of raSOL against SOL rises as rewards accrue.
The yield vaults work differently. You deposit a stablecoin such as USDC and receive a receipt token like raUSDC. An automated rebalancer then routes the funds across lending venues, which the homepage calls audited, and shifts them as yields change. Returns therefore depend on lending demand in those venues.
6 features
Key features
01
Native SOL staking
Stake SOL directly with the Hubra validator while keeping custody in your own wallet. The homepage says this route has no DeFi protocol exposure.
02
raSOL liquid staking
Mint raSOL, a transferable receipt for staked SOL that can be used across Solana DeFi. The homepage shows a raSOL to SOL ratio of about 1.2043.
03
USDC Earn vault
A rebalancer moves USDC between lending venues the project describes as audited, aiming for better yields each cycle. The homepage says there are no lockups.
04
Multiple stablecoin vaults
DefiLlama lists vaults for USDT, USDS, USDG and USD1 alongside USDC, each with its own receipt token.
05
Instant unstake
Exit native stake or raSOL in one transaction, paid only as price impact and quoted live by Sanctum.
06
Calculator and docs
The homepage links a staking calculator, docs, open source code on GitHub and a journal of product updates.
Pros and cons
What we like
- Operated by a validator that says it has run since 2020, with 129,242 SOL staked
- Non-custodial design, with native staking keeping SOL in your own wallet
- Choice of native staking, liquid staking or stablecoin vaults in one app
- No lockups claimed for USDC Earn, and free slow unstake for SOL
- Open source code and docs are linked from the homepage
Watch out for
- Very small tracked TVL of roughly $43,000 for the yield vaults, which suggests limited adoption so far
- DefiLlama lists no audits for the Hubra Yield product, and the homepage does not name an auditor
- Vault strategies add smart-contract and lending-venue risk that native staking does not carry
- Vault APYs and fees are not shown on the homepage, so returns are hard to judge in advance
- Team identity and governance details are not published on the homepage
- The product is new, listed on DefiLlama only since April 2026, so it has little track record
Hubra Yield fees
Hubra does not publish a vault fee schedule on its homepage. Users would see any performance or management fees in the app and docs before depositing.
On the staking side, slow unstake is described as free and takes about one epoch. Instant unstake carries a small fee, shown as price impact in a live Sanctum quote. Normal Solana network transaction fees apply.
Is Hubra Yield safe?
Native staking is described as having no smart-contract surface, though validator and network risks still apply. raSOL and the vaults add smart-contract risk, and the vaults also add exposure to the lending venues they use. DefiLlama lists no audits for Hubra Yield, and the homepage mentions audited lending venues without naming them.
The project is new in the vault category, with a small TVL and a short track record. No incidents appear, but that is not evidence of safety. Never deposit more than you can afford to lose, and check the docs for contract addresses and any audit reports.

Who Hubra Yield is for
Hubra suits Solana holders who want to stake SOL natively or liquidly and are comfortable with a young product. Its USDC vaults fit users seeking stablecoin yield without managing lending positions themselves. It is less suited to those who require audited, large-TVL protocols.
