Bnbyield Review 2026: Yield.xyz APIs for Apps

Bnbyield, presented as Yield.xyz, provides APIs for apps to offer on-chain yield, perpetual trading and crypto-backed borrowing. Its unsigned-transaction model leaves signing and custody with the integrating app, but product fees and underlying protocol risks still matter.

Our verdict on Bnbyield

7.5/10

Bnbyield, branded as Yield.xyz, is best suited to wallets, fintechs, exchanges and custody platforms building on-chain financial features. Its main strength is the breadth of its Earn, Trade and Borrow APIs, paired with an unsigned-transaction model that keeps signing and custody with the integrating platform. The main caveat is that fees are set by each platform, while users still face risks from the underlying protocols and markets. It is infrastructure for product teams, not a direct-to-consumer yield app.

What is Bnbyield?

Bnbyield is presented as Yield.xyz, a non-custodial API platform for wallets, exchanges, fintechs and institutional platforms. Its shared API key covers Earn, Trade and Borrow, allowing an integrating app to add on-chain financial products without maintaining each protocol integration itself.

Earn covers staking, DeFi, stablecoin yields and tokenized real-world assets. Trade currently offers perpetual futures on Hyperliquid, while Borrow connects to lending markets including Aave V3, SparkLend, Morpho Blue and Lista. The platform says it covers more than 4,000 yield opportunities across 85+ networks and 100+ protocols.

Yield.xyz constructs transactions but returns them unsigned. This keeps signing and custody with the integrating app or its custody provider, though users remain exposed to the risks of the underlying protocols and markets. Pricing is set by each integrating platform rather than by a single standard fee schedule.

How Bnbyield works

Yield.xyz provides APIs that let an app connect users to on-chain yield, trading and borrowing without building each protocol integration itself. The app requests data or a transaction through the relevant API. Yield.xyz returns transaction data unsigned, so the integrating app or its custody provider retains control of signing and can choose how the signed transaction is submitted.

Earn uses a common format for deposits, withdrawals and follow-up actions such as claiming rewards. Trade currently supports perpetual futures on Hyperliquid. Borrow routes users to lending markets across supported protocols and can show the expected health factor and loan-to-value ratio before the user signs.

Platforms can set fees for these products. For Earn, Optimized Allocator Vaults are ERC-4626 vaults used to collect management and performance fees; Meta Vaults can allocate across up to 10 strategies. The underlying protocols and strategies remain important sources of risk.

Pros and cons

What we like

  • Combines yield, perps and borrowing APIs under one shared API key.
  • Returns transactions unsigned, leaving private keys and signing control with the integrating app or custody provider.
  • Offers broad stated coverage across yield protocols and networks.
  • Supports fee collection by integrating platforms through on-chain payments.
  • Lists smart-contract audits, a SOC 2 Type II report and a transaction validation layer.

Watch out for

  • The platform is aimed at apps and institutions, so individual users cannot use it as a standalone yield or trading service.
  • Fees are configurable by the integrating application, which means end users may face different costs depending on where they access the products.
  • Earn and Borrow depend on underlying protocols, whose smart-contract, liquidity and market risks remain.
  • The exact supported networks, protocols and markets can vary by product; the full coverage needs to be checked before integration.
  • Yield.xyz does not publish a single standard price for its products.

Bnbyield fees

Yield.xyz lets each integrating platform set its own fees, which are paid on-chain to that platform as they are collected. Earn can include deposit, management and performance fees; Borrow can include a fee on Morpho Blue loans.

Is Bnbyield safe?

Yield.xyz says it does not access user private keys or take custody of user funds. Its smart contracts are described as audited by Zellic and Spearbit/Cantina, it holds a SOC 2 Type II report, and Shield checks unsigned transactions against verified patterns before signing. Yield.xyz also says it has had no security breaches, hacks or client-fund losses since it started.

These controls do not eliminate the risk of bugs in integrations, vaults or underlying protocols, nor market, liquidity or liquidation risks in yield and lending products. The platform's regulatory status is not published. Users of integrated apps should check who controls signing, what fees apply and which protocol or strategy each transaction uses.

6 steps

How to get started with Bnbyield

  1. 1

Choose an integration route: build directly with the APIs and SDKs, use embeddable components, or integrate through AgentKit.

  2. 2

Set up a project and generate an API key for the shared Earn, Trade and Borrow products.

  3. 3

Select the product and markets or yield opportunities that fit your application.

  4. 4

Build the user flow and set any fees your platform intends to charge.

  5. 5

Configure transaction signing with your application or custody provider; decide whether it will broadcast signed transactions or return them for Yield.xyz to submit.

  6. 6

Review security controls, reporting and supported markets before launching to users.

Who Bnbyield is for

This platform is for product teams at wallets, exchanges, fintechs and custody providers that want to add yield, perpetual trading or crypto-backed borrowing without integrating each protocol separately. It is less suited to individual users looking for a standalone app, since access and user-facing fees depend on a platform that has integrated the APIs.
