## What Is USDH?

USDH is a fiat-backed stablecoin designed for the Hyperliquid ecosystem. Its goal is to track the value of one U.S. dollar, rather than rise or fall like a typical cryptocurrency. USDH is issued by Bridge Building Inc, while Native Markets is described as its designer and contributor to the project. The token is issued on Hyperliquid L1; it is not listed as the native token of a blockchain.

USDH may be relevant to people using Hyperliquid who want to hold or transfer a dollar-denominated asset within that environment. The project also describes a revenue-sharing arrangement that sends half of gross USDH revenue to the Hyperliquid Assistance Fund, where the contribution is made onchain. This is a project-specific mechanism, not a promise that USDH holders receive a yield or have a claim on HYPE. A dollar target also does not guarantee that USDH will always trade at exactly $1.

## Reserves and the Dollar Peg

The issuer’s description says USDH is fully backed by reserve assets, including cash, short-term U.S. Treasury securities, repurchase agreements, and funds or tokenized assets invested in Treasuries and repo agreements. It says cash is held with U.S.-regulated banks, traditional investment assets with JPMorgan Chase, and crypto assets in Bridge’s MPC custody infrastructure provisioned by Fireblocks. These are descriptions of the project’s reserve and custody arrangements, not a guarantee that users can redeem tokens at any time or under every circumstance.

BPM, an accounting firm, is said to review and attest to the reserves’ 1:1 backing each month. An attestation is a useful point of reference, but it is not the same as a government guarantee or deposit insurance. Readers should check current issuer disclosures and the latest reserve attestation to understand what assets are held, how they are valued, and what redemption terms apply. Reserve quality, custody, and access to redemption can affect confidence in a stablecoin during market stress.

## Uses in the Hyperliquid Ecosystem

USDH’s stated purpose is to provide a dollar-denominated asset native to Hyperliquid. That can make it useful for moving value within the ecosystem or for applications that accept USDH as a settlement asset. Whether it can be used in a particular dApp, trading interface, or wallet depends on that product’s support for the token and the relevant network. Confirm the exact token and chain before sending funds; similarly named assets on other networks may not be interchangeable.

A stablecoin is not automatically a savings account, and USDH should not be assumed to earn interest simply because its issuer earns revenue on reserve assets. The project says half of gross USDH revenue goes to the Hyperliquid Assistance Fund and the remainder is used to grow USDH and the Hyperliquid ecosystem. That arrangement concerns project revenue; it does not establish a direct payout to token holders. Availability, liquidity, and practical uses may change as integrations and market conditions change.

## Supply and Market Figures

As of 2026-11-05, reported figures put USDH’s circulating supply at about 21.4 million tokens and its market capitalization at about $21.3 million. Its price was about $0.998, close to but slightly below the intended dollar peg. These are snapshots, not fixed values. Supply, trading price, market capitalization, and available liquidity can change, and the market price can move away from $1.

The same figures list total supply at about 100 billion USDH, with no stated maximum supply. That is far above the reported circulating amount. A fully diluted valuation calculated from total supply can therefore look dramatically larger than the market capitalization, but it does not mean that the equivalent amount of dollars is currently circulating or available for redemption. Check updated supply and reserve information when assessing the token; do not treat a valuation metric as proof of backing.

## Risks and Storage

USDH carries the risks common to stablecoins as well as risks tied to its issuer and network. Its price could fall below $1 if confidence weakens, reserve assets or custodians become inaccessible, redemptions are delayed, or market liquidity is thin. The token also depends on the accuracy of issuer disclosures and the security of the contracts and infrastructure used to issue and transfer it. A monthly reserve attestation does not remove these risks.

USDH is issued on Hyperliquid L1, so users need a wallet or platform that supports that network and the correct token. Sending it to an incompatible address or chain can lead to loss. Use a reputable wallet, protect recovery phrases offline, and never share private keys or sign transactions you do not understand. Before acquiring or transferring USDH, verify the contract or token details through trusted project sources, check fees and redemption conditions, and consider whether you can tolerate a loss or temporary inability to trade or redeem.

By the numbers

USDH in numbers

USDH (USDH) is ranked #802 by market capitalisation, with a market cap of about $21.3M and a price of $0.9974 as of Nov 6, 2026. Its fully diluted valuation is $99.7B, so roughly 0% of the eventual supply is in circulation today; tokens still to be released could add selling pressure.

The price was up 0.4% over 7 days, down 0.2% over 30 days, down 0.3% over the past year. It trades about 10% below its all-time high of $1.11, set on Oct 10, 2025.

About 21.36M USDH are in circulation, from a total supply of 100.01B. No hard maximum supply is listed.

24-hour trading volume was about $35.4K, or 0.2% of its market cap: low turnover, so large orders can move the price.

USDH has token contracts on Hyperliquid L1. Always check the contract address before buying or bridging: copycat tokens often reuse a well-known name and ticker.

USDH FAQs

Is USDH always worth one dollar?

USDH is designed to track the U.S. dollar, but its market price can move above or below $1. The reported price was about $0.998 on 2026-11-05; that snapshot does not guarantee the peg will hold.

Who issues USDH and what backs it?

Bridge Building Inc is described as the issuer, and Native Markets as the project’s designer. The project says USDH is backed by cash and other reserve assets, with monthly reserve attestations by BPM.

Which blockchain is USDH on?

USDH is listed as issued on Hyperliquid L1. Make sure the wallet or platform you use supports USDH on that network before transferring tokens.

Can I redeem USDH for U.S. dollars?

The project describes USDH as a fiat-backed stablecoin, but that does not by itself establish the redemption process or guarantee immediate access to dollars. Review current issuer disclosures and redemption terms before relying on redemption.
