What ACRED is
Apollo Diversified Credit Securitize Fund, ticker ACRED, is a tokenized feeder fund. It puts shares of an investment fund onto public blockchains. The fund invests in the Apollo Diversified Credit Fund, which the project describes as aiming for a mix of current income and capital appreciation, with an emphasis on income, low volatility and low correlation to broader markets.
The underlying fund is run by Apollo, a large asset manager. It describes a multi-asset approach to private and public credit built on five pillars: corporate direct lending, asset-backed lending, performing credit, dislocated credit and structured credit. In plain terms, the fund lends to companies and asset-backed borrowers and holds a range of credit instruments, rather than owning equities or crypto assets.
ACRED is not a currency or a governance token. It is a digital record of a share in a regulated-style fund, issued with Securitize, a tokenization platform. Public descriptions say it is offered as a real-world asset (RWA) token for accredited investors, so access is gated by eligibility checks rather than open to anyone with a wallet. That makes it quite different from most tokens on a crypto tracker.
What the token is used for
The purpose of ACRED is to give eligible investors exposure to a diversified credit strategy through a token instead of traditional brokerage or fund-platform paperwork. Holding the token represents holding fund shares, and the value tracks the fund's net asset value (NAV) rather than being set by crypto-style supply and demand.
The project materials highlight daily pricing and daily liquidity, a 0% performance fee and no redemption charge. Those are the issuer's marketing claims, and readers should check the current fund documents for the exact terms, fees and any limits on redemptions.
A later development, announced in mid-2025, brought a version called sACRED into decentralized finance (DeFi), pitched as a way for the fund position to be used on-chain. The details of how that works, including its mechanics and risks, should be read from the issuer's own documentation, since the public summary available here is brief.
There is no governance vote, fee-sharing or staking reward attached to ACRED itself available. Its role is simply to represent the fund holding.
Supply and tokenomics
ACRED has no fixed maximum supply. As of 2026-11-05, about 86,064 tokens were in circulation, and the total supply matched that figure. At a price of roughly $1,112 per token, that put the market capitalization at about $95.7 million, with a fully diluted value that was the same, and a market-cap rank around 283.
Because the token represents fund shares, supply most plausibly changes as eligible investors subscribe and redeem, rather than following an emission schedule. There is no team allocation, vesting calendar or inflation curve in the way a typical crypto token has. Tokenomics in the usual sense do not really apply.
The price is far above a dollar because each token represents a share priced near the fund's NAV, not a stablecoin-style unit. Over the past year the price rose by about 4.2% at the time of writing, and about 0.4% over seven days. The recorded all-time high was about $1,123.79 on 2026-09-11 and the all-time low about $1,004.33 on 2025-04-09. Movement is gradual compared with most crypto assets, reflecting an income-focused credit fund. This is description, not a forecast.
Chains, holding and trading
ACRED is issued on several networks: Ethereum, Avalanche, Ink, Solana, Polygon and Aptos. It is not the native token of any chain. Multi-chain issuance lets holders use whichever network suits their wallet, though each chain's version is a separate token record that must be handled on its own chain.
Because the shares are restricted to accredited investors, holding and transferring ACRED generally runs through a permissioned setup. Securitize handles onboarding, identity checks and eligibility, and transfers typically need the receiving wallet to be approved. A wallet address alone is usually not enough to receive the token.
Trading is therefore different from swapping a normal token on an open exchange. Primary subscriptions and redemptions go through the issuer's platform at NAV. Any secondary market is limited by the same eligibility rules, and a quoted market price, or low reported trading volume, may say little about what you could actually transact at. Volume data for ACRED was not available at the time of writing.
Anyone considering it should confirm which chains, wallets and venues the issuer currently supports.
History and notable events
The partnership between Apollo and Securitize to launch ACRED was announced on 30 January 2025. The product was presented as tokenized access to Apollo Diversified Credit Fund, a global credit strategy spanning corporate direct lending and other credit categories.
The recorded all-time low of about $1,004.33 on 2025-04-09 shows the token started its tracked life close to $1,000 and has since drifted higher with fund performance. In June 2025, an announcement described sACRED as a way to bring this private credit fund into DeFi, which marked the move from a purely permissioned holding toward on-chain use.
Over time the token has been issued on more networks, including Ink, Solana and Aptos alongside Ethereum, Avalanche and Polygon. An April 2026 listing in a project directory describes it as an RWA product available on multiple public blockchains for accredited investors.
The data does not show a notable hack, depeg or fund suspension. Nothing here should be read as a guarantee that none has occurred or will occur, so check recent issuer notices.
Risks to understand
The main risk is credit risk. The underlying fund lends to companies and holds asset-backed and structured credit, so defaults, losses in stressed markets or falling asset values can reduce NAV. Strategies that include dislocated or stressed credit can carry extra risk. Marketing language about low volatility is not a guarantee.
Liquidity is another point. The underlying fund is described as an interval fund, a structure that offers repurchases at set intervals rather than unlimited on-demand redemptions. Daily liquidity claims in the promotional material should be checked against the fund's prospectus, including any limits during stress.
There are also eligibility and legal risks. ACRED is meant for accredited investors, and rules differ by country. Readers should confirm they qualify and that holding it is lawful where they live.
Technology and counterparty risks apply too: smart contract bugs, bridge or multi-chain issues, reliance on Securitize for transfer permissions, and wallet restrictions that could block a transfer. DeFi use through sACRED adds protocol risk on top of fund risk. This page is information, not investment advice.
How to store it safely
Because ACRED transfers are permissioned, safe storage starts with using a wallet that the issuer's onboarding process has approved. Sending the token to an unapproved address may fail or leave assets stuck, so test with the issuer's guidance before moving meaningful amounts.
Use a wallet on a chain the token is issued on, and double-check that you are on the correct network before any transfer. A hardware wallet adds protection for the private keys of Ethereum-compatible, Solana or other supported accounts. Write the recovery phrase down offline and never share it or type it into a website.
Be wary of impersonation. Fake tokens with similar names can appear on any chain, so verify contract addresses from the issuer's official documentation, not from search ads or messages. Nobody from the issuer will ask for your seed phrase.
Keep records of your subscriptions, redemptions and any tax paperwork, since a fund holding has reporting obligations. If you use DeFi features such as sACRED, remember that approvals given to smart contracts can be revoked and should be reviewed periodically.
By the numbers

ACRED FAQs
What is Apollo Diversified Credit Securitize Fund (ACRED)?
It is a tokenized feeder fund that invests in the Apollo Diversified Credit Fund, a diversified credit strategy. Each token represents a fund share, and its value follows the fund's net asset value rather than crypto market sentiment.
Can anyone buy ACRED?
Public descriptions say it is offered to accredited investors, and transfers usually require approval through Securitize onboarding. Eligibility rules vary by country, so check whether you qualify before trying to buy.
Which blockchains is ACRED on?
