Our verdict on Polymax
5.5/10PolyMAX may suit Polymarket users who want to examine automated trade copying without risking funds during the current paper-only beta. Its clearest strengths are user-controlled strategy activation, defined trade limits, and pre-trade filters. The main caveat is that none of this beta activity places real orders, so it cannot show how live execution or fees will work. Real-money availability, custody details, and audit information are not published; treat any future copying as risky rather than as a source of assured returns.

What is Polymax?
PolyMAX is an independent third-party Telegram app for automated copy trading on Polymarket. Users choose and start a strategy, and the bot attempts to mirror new trades from traders selected by the PolyMAX team.
The private beta supports paper trading only. Simulations use live Polymarket order-book prices but are recorded within PolyMAX and do not place real orders. The app says real-money trading is planned, but it is not enabled; PolyMAX also says it is not affiliated with or approved by Polymarket.
How Polymax works
PolyMAX monitors selected traders' trades on Polymarket. The homepage says it detects activity on Polygon, with Polymarket's Data API as a backup signal source. The bot attempts to copy only new trades; it does not backfill older positions. Buys are scaled to a portion of the trader's trade and limited by the strategy's cap relative to the user's account. Sells are copied proportionally when possible.
Before a copy, the system checks factors such as signal age, price movement, market status, liquidity, order size, and balance. If a check fails, the copy can be skipped. Even when it proceeds, execution may be partial, delayed, at a different price, or unsuccessful. In the private beta, this process is simulated in PolyMAX's paper account rather than sent as a real order. The planned real-money integration through Polymarket's CLOB API is not enabled.
5 features
Key features
01
Trader copy signals
The bot follows trades from traders selected for a strategy and attempts to mirror their new buys and sells. It does not claim to predict market outcomes or trade independently.
02
Two risk strategies
Users can choose between two templates with different capital caps, price ranges, and slippage tolerances. PolyMAX says its team selects the traders and can change strategy parameters.
03
Pre-trade filters
Before copying, the system checks signal freshness, price, trade size, market status, liquidity, and available balance. A failed check can stop the copy.
04
Paper trading
Paper trades use live Polymarket order-book prices but are recorded only in PolyMAX. They do not place real orders or guarantee similar live results.
05
Telegram tracking
The app reports open and closed positions in Telegram and shows account balance, positions, and trading history in its Mini App.
Pros and cons
What we like
- Paper trading lets users explore the workflow without placing real orders.
- The two strategies publish concrete trade-size limits and slippage tolerances.
- Users must start a strategy themselves and can stop or change it.
- The bot applies price, freshness, liquidity, and balance checks before attempting copies.
- Position and trade updates are available through Telegram.
Watch out for
- Real-money trading and deposits are not enabled during the private beta.
- Copy orders can be delayed, partially filled, filled at a different price, skipped, or not executed.
- PolyMAX selects the traders and sets strategy rules, and says it may change those parameters.
- The app does not publish expected returns, and copied trades can lose money.
- Audit details, the real-money custody model, and a current fee schedule are not published.
Polymax fees
A current fee schedule is not published. PolyMAX says fees will be shown before real-money trading is activated; check the app for the charges and execution costs before using a future live account.
Is Polymax safe?
PolyMAX says it is an independent third-party app, not affiliated with or approved by Polymarket. It describes trade monitoring on Polygon and a planned real-order integration through Polymarket's CLOB API, but live trading is not enabled in the private beta. The custody and key-management model for any future real-money service is not published.
Audit details and security incident history are not published. Copy trading carries market and execution risks: orders may be skipped, filled at different prices, or partially filled, and losses are possible. Paper results do not establish what real execution would be like. Check that prediction-market trading is legal where you live and follow applicable age limits; use responsible limits if you participate.
5 steps
How to get started with Polymax
- 1
Open the PolyMAX bot in Telegram and launch its Mini App.
- 2
Start with the paper account, which uses demo funds and simulates trades at live Polymarket order-book prices.
- 3
Review the two available strategies and their trade sizing, capital caps, price ranges, and slippage tolerances.
- 4
Choose a strategy and start it; copying begins only after you activate it.
- 5
Follow balances, positions, and trade notifications in the Mini App and Telegram chat. You can stop or change the strategy.
Who Polymax is for
PolyMAX is for people already familiar with Polymarket who want to explore copy-trading mechanics in a Telegram interface using simulated funds. It is not currently suitable for someone looking to place real-money trades, and users should be comfortable with execution uncertainty and the risk of losses if live trading becomes available.
Polymax FAQs
Can you trade real money with PolyMAX?
No. PolyMAX says real-money trading and deposits are not enabled in its private beta. The available account uses demo funds and records simulated trades against live Polymarket order-book prices.
How does PolyMAX copy trading work?
PolyMAX monitors selected traders' Polymarket trades and attempts to copy new buys and sells according to a strategy's sizing and risk rules. Orders can be skipped or executed at different prices, and old positions are not copied retroactively.
What strategies does PolyMAX offer?
The listed strategies copy 15% of a trader's trade, with different per-trade capital caps, price ranges, and slippage tolerances. The lower-risk option has a 5% capital cap per trade and 2% slippage tolerance; the higher-risk option has a 10% cap and 3% tolerance. PolyMAX warns that neither strategy guarantees returns.
What fees does PolyMAX charge?
PolyMAX says fees will be shown before real trading is activated, but a current fee schedule is not published. Check the app for fee details before enabling any future real-money account.
Is PolyMAX safe to use?
No real-money account is available in the private beta, and PolyMAX does not publish audit or custody details for a future live service. Paper trading does not expose funds to real trading losses, but it also may not reflect real execution.
Is PolyMAX affiliated with Polymarket, and is it legal to use?
PolyMAX is a third-party app and says it is not affiliated with or approved by Polymarket. Check whether using Polymarket and prediction-market trading is legal where you live, and follow applicable age requirements.
