ActiveFlicker Review 2026: Read-Only Trade Zones and Alerts
Flicker is a web and mobile tool that gives crypto and stock traders a computed buy, hold or sell verdict with entry zones, a stop and targets. It is read-only and never places trades, but paid tiers and indicator-only logic are worth weighing.

Good
Our verdict on Flicker
7.0/10Flicker suits traders and investors who want a rules-based second opinion on entries, stops and targets for crypto and stocks, with alerts and calculators on a usable free plan. Its main strength is the exit-first approach and a clearly explained method. The main caveat is that verdicts come from technical indicators only, so they can be wrong, and the company publishes little about its team or audits. Treat it as an input, not a signal to follow blindly.

What is Flicker?
Flicker is a market analysis service for crypto, stocks and forex. Its tagline is to know when you would sell before you buy, and each asset page leads with a verdict, the reasons behind it and a zone with a stop loss and targets.
It works as a website and an installable mobile app. Beyond the verdicts, it offers live prices, funding rates, a market heatmap, top movers, news, price alerts, portfolio tracking and a set of trading calculators. A listing on Google Play gives the app name as Crypto Signals, Stock Analysis.
Flicker does not hold funds or execute trades. It describes itself as read-only, and the homepage repeats that its output is analysis, not advice. The homepage reports a 4.6 rating and 5K+ users, and shows the build as version 0.9.14, which suggests an early-stage product.
How Flicker works
Flicker pulls market data for coins, stocks and forex and runs it through a rules-based model. Sixteen families of technical indicators are grouped into six weighted factors: trend, momentum, sentiment, breakout, risk and cycle. The factors add up to one buy, hold or sell verdict, and the page shows how many factors agree.
Each verdict comes with a zone: an entry range, a stop loss and one or more targets. The full pass reruns every 15 minutes for each asset and each of nine timeframes, so the levels move as the chart does.
The user stays in control. Flicker sends alerts when price enters a zone, but orders are placed on the user's own exchange. A separate feature, Pilot, trades the company's own account in public so people can watch how the signals play out.

Pros and cons
What we like
- Every verdict shows a stop and targets, which encourages planning the exit first.
- Read-only design means no custody of funds and no orders placed on the user's behalf.
- The verdict method is explained: 16 indicator families, 6 factors, reruns every 15 minutes.
- Generous free access to prices, analysis, sentiment and calculators without an account.
- Covers crypto, stocks and forex in one place, with alerts and exchange portfolio tracking.
Watch out for
- The verdict is computed from technical indicators, so it reflects price patterns only and not fundamentals or news.
- Free plan limits apply (15 watchlist assets, 10 price alerts, 4 exchange accounts), and Pro is needed for every timeframe.
- One pricing listing puts the paid plan at $39.99 per user per month, which is steep next to many charting tools.
- The team, audits and company details are not published on the homepage.
- The Pilot feature trades the company's own account, and unlocking it requires $10,000 of trading volume on a partner exchange, which may encourage more trading than a user would otherwise do.
- The product is labelled version 0.9.14, and Pilot is marked Beta.
Flicker fees
Flicker has a free plan with no card needed, and the homepage says the free plan is limited. A free account includes 15 watchlist assets, 10 price alerts and 4 exchange accounts. Pro raises those limits and opens every timeframe.
The homepage does not state the Pro price. One pricing listing reports a starting price of $39.99 per user per month, but readers should confirm the current figure on the site's subscription page. Pilot access, per the homepage, is tied to trading $10,000 on a partner exchange within 30 days.
Is Flicker safe?
Flicker does not custody assets or place orders, so the main risks are not smart-contract or exchange-solvency risks. Connecting exchange accounts for portfolio tracking involves sharing access with a third party, so users should use read-only API keys where possible. The homepage describes the product as read-only, and it offers an account deletion option and cookie controls.
The company does not publish audits, team names or regulatory registrations on the homepage. The analysis is stated to be information, not investment advice, and trading carries a real risk of loss. Signals built from technical indicators can be wrong, and users should not rely on any single tool.

Flicker FAQs
What is Flicker?
Flicker is a market analysis app for crypto, stocks and forex. For each tracked asset it publishes buy and sell zones with an entry, stop loss and targets, a breakout assessment and a Fear & Greed score. It also shows live prices, funding rates and news.
Can Flicker trade for me?
No. Flicker describes itself as read-only end to end. It analyzes and sends alerts, and every order is placed by the user on their own exchange.
Is Flicker free?
Most of it works without a card. Prices, analysis, sentiment, top movers, calculators and search are open without an account. A free account adds 15 watchlist assets, 10 price alerts and 4 exchange accounts, and Pro lifts those limits.
How does Flicker calculate its verdict?
The verdict is computed rather than curated. Sixteen families of technical indicators feed six weighted factors: trend, momentum, sentiment, breakout, risk and cycle. These combine into a single buy, hold or sell result, rerun every 15 minutes per asset across nine timeframes.
Is Flicker financial advice?
The homepage says it is analysis, not advice, and that prices move and users can lose money. The signals are information only and do not guarantee results, so treat them as one input among several.
Is there a Flicker app?
Flicker has a mobile app that can be installed from the site and is listed on Google Play. The homepage shows a 4.6 rating and 5K+ users. Push alerts fire when price enters a zone, breaks out or hits a set level.
Does Flicker have a token?
A crypto price page lists a token called FKR under the name Flicker. The Flicker analysis site does not mention that token on its homepage, so it is unclear whether the two are connected.
