## What Is Propy?

Propy is a real-estate technology company whose products use blockchain tools to support property transactions. Its current offering is described as AI-assisted title and escrow for U.S. real estate, aimed at agents, buyers and sellers. The project’s earlier description presents Propy as an international property marketplace designed to reduce fraud and duplicated work in transactions. These product and company functions are separate from the PRO token: using a Propy service does not necessarily mean a customer must hold PRO. PRO is a crypto token associated with the project, rather than a claim of ownership in a property or a share in the company. Propy launched in 2017, and the token is categorized among real-world-asset tokens because of its connection to property technology. That label does not mean each PRO token is backed by real estate or gives its holder rights to a particular home or deed.

## What Is PRO Used For?

PRO is described in public project materials as an access and incentive token for parts of Propy’s blockchain-based property infrastructure. Some descriptions connect it with smart contracts and recording data in a property registry. However, public sources do not establish that PRO is required for every Propy service, or that holding it grants access to title or escrow services. It is important to distinguish this token utility from the company’s real-estate products: a token’s stated role does not itself guarantee adoption or ongoing demand. PRO should also not be confused with a property deed, a real-estate investment, or a tokenized claim on a specific asset. Before relying on PRO for a transaction or service, check Propy’s current documentation for the particular feature, network and fees involved. Token functions can change as a project updates its products and contracts.

## Supply and Supported Networks

PRO has a stated maximum and total supply of 100 million tokens. The reported circulating supply is also 100 million, so the listed supply figures show no additional tokens outside circulation. Supply figures can be revised if project or token records change, and they do not indicate how widely the token is held or used. PRO is issued on Ethereum and Base. It is not listed as the native token of either chain; Ethereum and Base each have their own network-level assets and fees. When transferring PRO, the sender and recipient must use the same supported network, and an address alone may not make that choice clear. A transfer on the wrong network can be difficult or impossible to recover. Confirm the token contract and network through current official Propy materials or a trusted wallet interface before sending funds.

## Risks and Storage

PRO carries the risks common to crypto tokens, including sharp price changes, limited liquidity, smart-contract vulnerabilities, and changes in project usage. Its connection to real estate technology does not remove those risks or guarantee that the token’s value will track property prices. Token holders may also face operational risks: sending PRO to an incompatible address or using the wrong network can result in a permanent loss. For self-custody, use a wallet that supports Ethereum or Base and the relevant PRO token contract. Keep recovery phrases and private keys offline and private; never share them with someone claiming to provide support. A custodial exchange may hold tokens for you, but that introduces reliance on the provider and its withdrawal policies. Check the current contract details and network support before depositing or withdrawing, and do not treat a token balance as proof of ownership in real estate.

By the numbers

Propy in numbers

Propy (PRO) is ranked #652 by market capitalisation, with a market cap of about $29.8M and a price of $0.2976 as of Nov 6, 2026. Its fully diluted valuation ($29.8M) is close to its market cap, so little new supply is still to come.

The price was up 0.4% over 7 days, down 18.9% over 30 days, down 36.4% over the past year. It trades about 94% below its all-time high of $5.15, set on Jan 4, 2018.

About 100M PRO are in circulation out of a maximum supply of 100M (100% issued).

24-hour trading volume was about $357K, or 1.2% of its market cap: low turnover, so large orders can move the price.

PRO has token contracts on 2 chains we track, including Ethereum, Base. Always check the contract address before buying or bridging: copycat tokens often reuse a well-known name and ticker.

PRO is linked to Propy, which we cover in our Real-World Assets rankings. See our Propy page for how the protocol works and how we score it.

CoinGecko groups PRO under Real-world asset (RWA) tokens.
