What Pentagon Chain (PC) is
Pentagon Chain is a blockchain that grew out of the Pentagon Games ecosystem. Its project description calls it a next-generation Layer-2 network tuned for gaming, decentralized social worlds and AI-powered experiences. PC is the chain's native token, and it was first issued on Ethereum as an ERC-20.
The project's more recent description goes beyond games. It presents Pentagon Chain as a live network (Chain ID 3344) for agent identity, on-chain AI infrastructure and digital intellectual property. The idea is that characters, collectibles and users become persistent on-chain agents with identity, memory and utility.
The stack named by the project includes ANIMA, an AI-native NFT standard (ERC-8170) for provenance, memory and portable identity. It also lists PEG.GG for encrypted on-chain storage and AgentCert.io for agent certification. Around these sit Pentagon Games for IP and onboarding, PFP Vault as a marketplace for agent-linked assets and licensing, and PentaSwap as the native decentralized exchange.
These are the project's own claims. This page does not verify how much of the stack is in active use. Readers should treat the AI and agent framing as a stated roadmap and positioning, not as proof of adoption.
What the token is used for
PC is described as the native gas token of Pentagon Chain. In practice that means it pays transaction fees on the network. Public listings of the token contract add that it covers on-chain activity such as NFT minting, smart-contract AI execution and decentralized social features.
The project also says PC incentivizes network participants. It states that identity registration, storage, trading, certification and execution across the ecosystem all flow through $PC. The project has not published a detailed breakdown of how those incentives are paid out, so that part should be read cautiously.
It helps to keep PC separate from PEN. PEN is the token of the wider Pentagon Games platform, where it works as a membership and access token for VIP tiers and perks. Pentagon's testnet has also used PEN as its gas token. PC and PEN are different assets with different roles, and mixing them up is an easy mistake when searching for either one.
If you are judging PC on its utility, the question to ask is how much real activity on the chain needs PC to pay for it. Check that independently rather than relying on the project's summary.
Supply and tokenomics
Based on the data at hand, PC has a total supply of 1,000,000 tokens. About 983,371 of them are circulating, which is roughly 98 percent of the total. No maximum supply figure is listed, so it is unclear whether more tokens could be created later.
Because nearly all tokens are already circulating, the fully diluted valuation is close to the market capitalization. As of 2026-11-05, the market cap was about $44.3M and the fully diluted value about $45.1M, with the token priced around $45.10. Those numbers move constantly and are only a snapshot.
The supply is small compared with most tokens that sit in the same market-cap range, which is why each token carries a high unit price. A high price per token says nothing about whether the project is large or well funded.
the public information available do not describe an allocation split between team, investors, treasury and community, nor any vesting schedule or emission rules. Without those details, it is not possible to say how concentrated ownership is. Anyone researching the token should look for official documentation on distribution and for holder data on a block explorer.
Chains, holding and trading
PC is issued on Ethereum as an ERC-20 token, which means standard Ethereum wallets can hold it. Separately, Pentagon Chain runs as its own network with Chain ID 3344, where PC is the gas token. Moving between the two normally involves a bridge, and bridges add their own technical and security risk.
Holding PC on Ethereum works like any other ERC-20. You need a compatible wallet, a small amount of ETH for network fees, and the correct contract address copied from an official source. Always verify the contract, because copycat tokens with similar names are common.
Trading liquidity looks thin. At the time of writing, reported 24-hour volume was about $4,293, against a market cap of roughly $44M. That is a very small share of the market cap, and it means even modest orders could move the price or be hard to fill at the quoted level. Spreads can be wide.
Inside the ecosystem, the project points to PentaSwap as its native exchange for converting assets. Availability on centralized exchanges changes over time, so check current listings yourself.
History and notable events
The launch date for the PC token is not given in the data. Some milestones are known from public sources. In June 2024, Pentagon Games announced it would launch a dedicated Pentagon Chain, using the rollup-as-a-service offering from Zeeve to build it. The chain was framed as an improvement to the gaming experience.
Price history gives a rough timeline. The recorded all-time low was about $11.68 on 2025-06-16, and the all-time high was about $62.74 on 2026-10-05, only a month before the date of this snapshot. As of 2026-11-05, the price was about 28 percent below that high. It had risen about 3.5 percent over seven days and about 150 percent over one year.
Those figures show a volatile token that has risen a lot over the past year. They are historical and do not suggest what happens next.
The project's positioning has shifted over time, from a gaming chain to a platform for AI agents and digital IP. The shift is described on the project's side, and readers should look for evidence of live products, users and developers rather than assume the new direction has taken hold.
Risks
Liquidity is the most visible risk. With daily volume in the low thousands of dollars, buying or selling anything beyond small amounts could be costly, and the quoted market cap may not reflect what holders could actually realize.
The price is also volatile. A rise of about 150 percent in a year, with a record high only weeks before the snapshot, shows how fast it can move, and it can move down just as quickly.
Tokenomics are another unknown. No maximum supply is listed, and there is no public breakdown here of who holds the tokens or when any locked tokens might be released. A small number of large holders could have an outsized effect on the price.
There is also project and execution risk. The ecosystem covers many pieces, including AI agents, storage, certification, a marketplace and a DEX, and each of those has to attract real users. Claims about future utility may not be met.
Finally, there are technical risks. Bridges, smart contracts and new token standards such as ERC-8170 can contain bugs. Impersonator tokens and phishing sites that target gaming communities are also common.

How to store PC safely
Because PC is an ERC-20, a self-custody wallet is the usual choice for holding it long term. A hardware wallet adds protection by keeping your private keys offline, and it still works with common Ethereum wallet software.
Write your recovery phrase on paper or metal and keep it offline in more than one secure place. Never type it into a website, share it in a chat, or store it as a photo or in cloud notes. No genuine support team will ask for it.
Before sending anything, confirm the contract address from the project's official channels and check it against a block explorer. Send a small test transaction first if you are moving a meaningful amount. Keep a little ETH in the wallet so you can pay fees.
Be careful when you connect your wallet to dApps. Review each approval, and revoke token permissions you no longer need. If you use a bridge to reach Pentagon Chain itself, use only the official route and be aware that bridged assets carry extra risk.
Leaving tokens on an exchange means the exchange controls the keys. That can be fine for short-term trading but is not the same as owning them yourself.
By the numbers
Pentagon Chain in numbers
Pentagon Chain (PC) is ranked #487 by market capitalisation, with a market cap of about $42.9M and a price of $43.64 as of Nov 6, 2026. Its fully diluted valuation ($43.6M) is close to its market cap, so little new supply is still to come.
The price was up 3.3% over 7 days, down 29.6% over 30 days, up 140% over the past year. It trades about 30% below its all-time high of $62.74, set on Oct 5, 2026.
About 983.37K PC are in circulation, from a total supply of 1M. No hard maximum supply is listed.
24-hour trading volume was about $5.13K, or 0.0% of its market cap: low turnover, so large orders can move the price.
PC has token contracts on Ethereum. Always check the contract address before buying or bridging: copycat tokens often reuse a well-known name and ticker.

PC FAQs
What is the PC token used for?
PC is the native token of Pentagon Chain and is used to pay transaction fees and other on-chain activity there. It was first issued on Ethereum as an ERC-20. The project also says it incentivizes participants across its gaming, identity and AI ecosystem.
Is PC the same as PEN?
No. PC is the gas token of Pentagon Chain, while PEN is the token of the Pentagon Games platform, where it works as a membership and access token. Pentagon's testnet has also used PEN for gas. They are separate assets with separate contracts.
What is the supply of Pentagon Chain (PC)?
The total supply is 1,000,000 tokens, and about 983,371 were circulating at the time of the data. No maximum supply is listed, so it is not clear whether more could be issued later. Check official documentation for details.
