## What ORCLON is
ORCLON is Ondo’s tokenized version of Oracle stock. Its stated purpose is to give tokenholders economic exposure similar to holding Oracle shares, including reinvestment of dividends. It is a crypto token linked to a traditional company’s stock, not Oracle’s own cryptocurrency and not the same thing as holding a share through a conventional brokerage account. The token’s value may respond to Oracle’s share price and related economic factors, but the product’s terms determine exactly how that exposure works. Ondo describes its tokenized stocks as available for eligible non-U.S. retail and institutional users, with additional restrictions. That means access is not universal, and the product may not be suitable or available in every country. ORCLON should also be distinguished from ONDO, Ondo Finance’s separate ecosystem token: owning ORCLON does not, by itself, mean you hold ONDO or have governance rights in Ondo.
## What ORCLON is used for
The main stated use of ORCLON is to hold tokenized economic exposure to Oracle, subject to Ondo’s product terms and eligibility rules. Ondo says eligible users can mint and redeem its tokenized U.S. stocks and ETFs around the clock, five days a week, with access to traditional exchange liquidity. Those service features do not mean every user can mint or redeem ORCLON, or that a transaction will always be immediate. Check the current terms, supported jurisdictions and any applicable identity or compliance requirements before relying on those functions. Tokenized stocks can also be used in some onchain financial products, but support depends on the particular app and token contract. Do not assume ORCLON can be lent, borrowed against, or used as collateral in a given dApp just because other tokenized assets can. Consider whether you need Oracle-linked exposure or an actual share with the rights and protections provided by a traditional brokerage.
## Supply and supported chains
ORCLON is issued on Ethereum, BNB Chain, Hyperliquid L1 and Solana; it is not the native token of any of those networks. Check the contract and network carefully when acquiring, transferring or storing it, since a token sent through an unsupported network or to an incompatible address may be difficult or impossible to recover. As of 2026-11-05, reported circulating supply was about 30,311 tokens, while the reported total supply was about 30,311 and no maximum supply was listed. The supplied circulating figure is slightly higher than the total-supply figure, so those two figures do not reconcile and should be treated as approximate rather than an exact accounting. The same date’s reported market capitalization was about $3.8 million; such market figures and token supply can change. A market cap is an estimate based on price and circulating supply, not a guarantee that all tokens could be sold at that valuation.
## Risks and storage
ORCLON carries several layers of risk. Its value can move with Oracle shares, but tokenholders may not receive the same legal ownership, voting rights or investor protections as registered shareholders; read Ondo’s terms to understand the precise arrangement. The token can also face issuer, custody, redemption, smart-contract, blockchain and trading-liquidity risks. Markets for a tokenized stock may trade at a premium or discount to the underlying share, and access to minting or redemption may be restricted or interrupted. Regulatory rules and eligibility can vary by location. For storage, use a wallet that supports both the exact token contract and the chain you intend to use, and protect your recovery phrase offline. A hardware wallet can reduce exposure to online theft, but it does not remove contract, issuer or market risks. Verify the contract through an official Ondo source before sending funds, and never share your recovery phrase or sign a transaction you do not understand.
