## What is Oasys (OAS)?

Oasys is a public blockchain built for games and their developers. Its design aims to support busy gaming applications without putting every game transaction directly on one shared chain. The network is EVM-compatible, meaning developers familiar with Ethereum’s tools can build for it, and it uses proof of stake (PoS) rather than proof of work.

Oasys separates network functions across layers. The Hub-Layer focuses on storing and exchanging data, while Verse-Layers are application-oriented chains that can host games and other services. The project describes Verse-Layers as using customized optimistic rollup technology and says they can be permissioned. This layered approach is intended to give game operators more control over their chain’s setup while connecting them to the broader Oasys network.

OAS is the native token of Oasys. It is categorized as both a layer-1 and gaming token. Oasys is not itself a game: it provides blockchain infrastructure that game studios and other developers may use.

## What is OAS used for?

OAS is the native token of the Oasys network. Staking is associated with OAS, in keeping with the network’s proof-of-stake design. Staking generally involves locking or delegating tokens to help support network operations, but the specific requirements, rewards, and unstaking terms depend on the current Oasys staking arrangements. Check current network documentation before committing tokens.

Oasys also describes features intended to make its chains practical for games, including EVM compatibility and a setup where players may not have to pay gas for some experiences. That does not mean OAS is necessarily required for every game action, or that all applications on Oasys have the same fee model. Public sources do not establish a complete list of OAS functions, such as whether it is required for governance or for fees on every Verse-Layer.

A game or application can have its own tokens and rules. Before using OAS in a particular app, check that app’s documentation and confirm which network and token it requires. Do not assume that a token used inside a game is interchangeable with OAS.

## OAS supply and market context

OAS has a maximum supply of 10 billion tokens. As of 2026-11-05, about 6.93 billion were reported as circulating, with 10 billion listed as the total supply. Circulating supply is the amount counted as available in the market, while total supply includes tokens that may not currently be circulating. These figures can change as tokens are released, moved, or reclassified.

As of 2026-11-05, OAS had a reported market capitalization of about $1.8 million and a fully diluted valuation of about $2.6 million. These are snapshots, not stable measures of value: market capitalization depends on the token price and circulating amount, while fully diluted valuation estimates value if the maximum supply were in circulation. OAS’s reported price was near its recorded all-time low on that date, and substantially below its recorded high in February 2024. Past prices do not indicate what the token will be worth later.

Use dated supply and market figures for context only. They are not a forecast or a recommendation to buy or sell.

## OAS networks and storage

OAS is described as the native token of the Oasys chain, and the supplied chain listing does not identify it as issued on other chains. If you hold OAS, confirm the token’s network and contract details through official Oasys channels before sending it. A token with the same name or symbol on another network may not be the native asset.

For self-custody, use a wallet that supports the Oasys network and protect its recovery phrase offline. Never share a recovery phrase or private key, including with someone claiming to provide support. Test an unfamiliar transfer with a small amount first, and double-check the recipient address and selected network. If using an exchange, review its withdrawal network options and custody terms.

Staking can add risks beyond ordinary price changes, such as lock-up periods, validator or service risks, and changes to reward terms. The exact risks depend on the staking method. Keep in mind that blockchain transfers are generally difficult to reverse, and losing access to a wallet can mean losing access to its tokens.

## Risks to understand

Oasys’s gaming focus does not remove the usual risks of crypto. OAS can rise or fall sharply, and its price may be affected by market conditions, token supply changes, network activity, or demand for the ecosystem. The dated market figures above show a small reported market capitalization; assets with limited trading activity can be harder to buy or sell at a desired price. No market measure guarantees liquidity.

Oasys also relies on software, validators, and the operation of its Hub- and Verse-Layers. Technical faults, security incidents, changes to network rules, or problems with a particular game or bridge can affect users. A Verse-Layer may have its own operator and settings, so risks may differ between applications. EVM compatibility does not mean every Ethereum application or token works on Oasys without changes.

Before using OAS, understand which chain and application you are interacting with, how staking or fees work there, and whether you can tolerate losing the amount involved. Avoid relying on price predictions or treating a game’s use of blockchain as evidence that OAS will gain value.

By the numbers

Oasys in numbers

Oasys (OAS) is ranked #2,532 by market capitalisation, with a market cap of about $1.71M and a price of $0.0002461 as of Nov 6, 2026. Its fully diluted valuation is $2.46M, so roughly 69% of the eventual supply is in circulation today; tokens still to be released could add selling pressure.

The price was down 9.8% over 7 days, down 28.2% over 30 days, down 92.8% over the past year. It trades about 100% below its all-time high of $0.1420, set on Feb 12, 2024.

About 6.93B OAS are in circulation out of a maximum supply of 10B (69% issued).

24-hour trading volume was about $14.0K, or 0.8% of its market cap: low turnover, so large orders can move the price.

OAS is the native token of Oasys. Always check the contract address before buying or bridging: copycat tokens often reuse a well-known name and ticker.

OAS FAQs

What is OAS used for?

OAS is the native token of the Oasys blockchain. Staking is associated with the token, but the exact terms and any other token functions should be checked in current Oasys documentation.

How does the Oasys blockchain work?

Oasys uses proof of stake and a layered design, with a Hub-Layer for network data and Verse-Layers for applications such as games. The project describes Verse-Layers as EVM-compatible and based on customized optimistic rollup technology.

What is the maximum supply of OAS?

OAS has a maximum supply of 10 billion tokens. About 6.93 billion were reported as circulating on 2026-11-05; circulating amounts can change over time.

Which blockchain is OAS on?

OAS is the native token of Oasys, and the chain listing identifies Oasys as its network. Confirm network and token details through official sources before sending, since similarly named tokens on other networks may not be the same asset.

How can I store or stake OAS?

A wallet that supports the Oasys network can be used for self-custody. Verify the network before transferring, protect your recovery phrase offline, and check current staking lock-up and withdrawal terms if you plan to stake.

What is the market cap of Oasys?

As of Nov 6, 2026, Oasys had a market cap of about $1.71M, ranking #2,532 among cryptocurrencies by market capitalisation. Market cap is price multiplied by circulating supply, so it moves with the price.

What is the all-time high of OAS?

Oasys's all-time high is $0.1420, reached on Feb 12, 2024. Its all-time low is $0.0002351 (Nov 6, 2026). Past prices say nothing about future returns.
