## What is Nolus (NLS)?

Nolus (NLS) is the token associated with Nolus Protocol, a decentralized finance project focused on lending and spot margin trading. The protocol describes its product as a way to borrow against crypto assets and take leveraged positions, with the borrowing rate set when a position opens. Nolus says positions can offer up to 5x leverage on Solana assets; leverage can magnify losses as well as gains, and users may face liquidation if collateral value falls.

Nolus has also been described publicly as an appchain and money-market protocol. These descriptions refer to the broader project, while public sources identify its current spot-margin product with Solana assets. NLS is not the same thing as a lending position or a margin account: it is a separate crypto token. As of November 5, 2026, its reported market capitalization was about $2.6 million and its price about $0.003. These values change and are not a measure of how safe or useful the protocol is.

## What is NLS used for?

Nolus Protocol’s main user-facing function is lending and spot margin trading. A user can borrow assets to increase exposure to a supported Solana asset, with the rate fixed at the time the position is opened. This can make the borrowing cost more predictable for that position, but it does not remove price volatility, repayment obligations, or liquidation risk. The stated maximum leverage is up to 5x; available terms and assets may depend on the protocol’s current markets.

Public descriptions also identify NLS as a token used for staking and governance on the Nolus network. Staking generally involves delegating or locking tokens to support network operations, while governance can let token holders participate in protocol decisions. The exact current rewards, voting rights, and eligibility rules should be checked in Nolus’s own current documentation before taking action. Do not assume that holding NLS automatically earns income or gives a particular level of voting power. The token’s role in the project is distinct from the fixed-rate terms of a margin position.

## NLS supply and market figures

As of November 5, 2026, Nolus reported about 893.2 million NLS in circulating supply and about 923.7 million in total supply. The stated maximum supply is 1 billion NLS. Circulating supply is the portion counted as available in the market; total supply can include tokens that are not currently circulating. The difference between total and maximum supply indicates that some of the stated maximum had not yet been issued at that snapshot, though the figures can change over time.

The same date’s reported market capitalization was about $2.6 million, with a fully diluted valuation of about $2.7 million. These are time-sensitive estimates based on token price and supply, not fixed protocol measures. Nolus’s price was about $0.003 at that time. A token’s supply figures do not establish future demand, value, or returns, and historical price changes do not predict what it will do next. Check current token disclosures for any updates to issuance, circulating supply, or distribution.

## Which chains support NLS?

NLS is listed as issued on Ethereum, Neutron, Solana, and Osmosis. Public sources do not identify NLS as the native token of any of those chains, so it is important to distinguish a token issued or represented on a network from that network’s own gas or staking token. The Nolus Protocol product described here uses Solana assets for spot margin trading, but that does not mean every version of NLS can be used in a Solana position.

Tokens with the same ticker can exist on more than one chain, and transfers between networks may rely on bridges or other systems. Sending NLS to an address on an unsupported network, or using the wrong token contract, can lead to loss of access. Before transferring or connecting a wallet, confirm the supported network and official token details through Nolus’s current documentation. Do not rely on a ticker or token name alone to identify the correct asset.

## NLS risks and storage

NLS carries market risk: its price can move sharply, trading liquidity may be limited, and token holders can lose some or all of the value they put at risk. Protocol use carries additional risks, including smart-contract faults, network outages, changing market conditions, and possible failures in lending or liquidation mechanisms. Fixed borrowing rates do not fix the price of collateral or ensure that a leveraged position will remain solvent. Using leverage can make losses happen faster and can result in liquidation.

If you hold NLS, use a wallet that supports the specific network and token representation you have. Keep recovery phrases and private keys offline and private, and never share them with someone claiming to provide support. Check the token contract and network before receiving or sending funds, and consider a small test transfer when appropriate. Hardware wallets can reduce exposure of signing keys, but they do not prevent protocol, market, or user-error losses. Confirm that any staking or governance interface is authentic before connecting a wallet.

By the numbers

Nolus in numbers

Nolus (NLS) is ranked #2,156 by market capitalisation, with a market cap of about $2.58M and a price of $0.002893 as of Nov 6, 2026. Its fully diluted valuation ($2.67M) is close to its market cap, so little new supply is still to come.

The price was down 18.7% over 7 days, down 20.5% over 30 days, down 54.5% over the past year. It trades about 97% below its all-time high of $0.1037, set on Feb 15, 2024.

About 893.34M NLS are in circulation out of a maximum supply of 1B (89% issued).

24-hour trading volume was about $60.2K, or 2.3% of its market cap: moderate turnover.

NLS has token contracts on 4 chains we track, including Ethereum, Neutron, Solana, Osmosis. Always check the contract address before buying or bridging: copycat tokens often reuse a well-known name and ticker.

NLS is linked to Nolus Protocol, which we cover in our Lending rankings. See our Nolus Protocol page for how the protocol works and how we score it.

NLS FAQs

What is Nolus (NLS)?

NLS is the token associated with Nolus Protocol. Public descriptions identify staking and governance as token functions, while the protocol itself offers lending and spot margin trading.

What does Nolus Protocol do?

Nolus Protocol describes spot margin positions with borrowing rates fixed when the position opens and leverage of up to 5x on Solana assets. Leverage can magnify losses, and positions may be liquidated if collateral falls in value.

Can NLS be staked?

Public project descriptions say NLS can be used for staking and governance. Check current Nolus documentation for the active rules, rewards, and eligibility, since token ownership alone does not guarantee earnings or voting rights.

Which networks support NLS?

NLS is listed as issued on Ethereum, Neutron, Solana, and Osmosis. Verify the supported network and token details before sending it, because using the wrong network or token representation can make funds inaccessible.

What are the risks of Nolus?

NLS has price and liquidity risk, and using Nolus’s leveraged positions adds collateral, borrowing, and liquidation risks. Smart-contract or network problems can also affect access to funds.

What is the market cap of Nolus?

As of Nov 6, 2026, Nolus had a market cap of about $2.58M, ranking #2,156 among cryptocurrencies by market capitalisation. Market cap is price multiplied by circulating supply, so it moves with the price.

What is the all-time high of NLS?

Nolus's all-time high is $0.1037, reached on Feb 15, 2024. Its all-time low is $0.001146 (Jul 15, 2026). Past prices say nothing about future returns.

What is the circulating supply of NLS?

As of Nov 6, 2026, about 893.34M NLS were in circulation, against a maximum supply of 1B.

Which blockchains is NLS on?

It has token contracts on Ethereum, Neutron, Solana, Osmosis.
