## What GammaSwap is

GammaSwap is a decentralized finance (DeFi) project built around automated market maker (AMM) liquidity pools. AMMs are trading pools that let people swap tokens without a traditional order book. GammaSwap’s stated approach lets users borrow liquidity from AMM pools, which can be used to take positions that hedge against or short exposure to liquidity-provider positions. This is different from simply holding a token or depositing assets in a standard liquidity pool: the protocol’s products involve interacting with pool liquidity and may expose users to complex trading and smart-contract risks.

GS is the project’s token, but public sources do not establish that holding GS is required to use every GammaSwap product. Nor does the token itself represent ownership of the protocol or guarantee a share of revenue. GammaSwap has also described a yield token called gETH, but that is distinct from GS. Product availability and token features can change, so check current project documentation before relying on a particular use.

## What the GS token is used for

Public project materials have described staking GS to receive esGS, as well as possible ETH fee rewards and MP points. These are reported token functions, not a promise of fixed income: reward rates, eligibility, lockups, and the availability of staking can change. Treat any rewards as variable and dependent on the protocol’s current rules and activity. Staking may also involve smart-contract, liquidity, and withdrawal risks.

The exact governance rights or other uses attached to GS are not clearly established by the information available here. Do not assume that owning GS gives you voting power, a claim on protocol revenue, or access to a particular product unless current project materials explicitly confirm it. GS is a utility-oriented DeFi token rather than a coin used to secure a chain through mining or consensus. Its value can move independently of GammaSwap’s use, and the token’s price does not by itself indicate whether its products are active or financially sustainable.

## Supply and market figures

GammaSwap’s reported maximum and total supply is 1.6 billion GS. The circulating supply was about 434 million GS as of 2026-11-05; circulating supply can change as tokens enter or leave circulation. A maximum supply figure describes the stated cap, not how tokens are distributed, when they become available, or whether holders face future dilution from previously allocated tokens. Check the project’s current token disclosures for allocation and unlock details.

As of 2026-11-05, GS traded at about $0.0023, with a market capitalization of about $1.0 million and fully diluted valuation of about $3.7 million. Reported 24-hour trading volume was about $304, a small figure that can make prices harder to trade without affecting the market. These are time-sensitive estimates, not valuations that will remain current. Market capitalization and fully diluted valuation are different measures: the latter estimates value if the full stated supply were circulating at the same price.

## Supported chains and storage

GS is reported as issued on Arbitrum, Base, Ethereum, and Sonic. Public sources do not identify a single native chain for the token, so check the network and token contract carefully before sending or receiving it. A token with the same ticker on another network may not be the official asset. Transfers across networks may depend on bridges or other infrastructure, which introduces additional risks and fees.

You can store GS in a wallet that supports the relevant network and token standard, including a compatible self-custody wallet or hardware wallet. Confirm that the wallet supports the specific chain, and verify the contract address through GammaSwap’s official channels before adding or transferring a token. Keep your recovery phrase offline and private; neither a project team nor a wallet provider should need it. If using an exchange, confirm which networks it supports for GS deposits and withdrawals. Sending GS to an unsupported network or address can result in permanent loss.

## Risks to understand

GS carries the risks common to small DeFi tokens, including sharp price changes, limited liquidity, and the possibility that trading is difficult or costly. The reported trading volume was low as of 2026-11-05, so even modest orders may have a noticeable price impact. The token’s market price can fall substantially, and there is no guarantee that a market or buyers will remain available.

Using GammaSwap products can add smart-contract vulnerabilities, oracle or market disruptions, liquidation or trading losses, and risks tied to AMM pool behavior. Cross-chain transfers also introduce bridge and network risks. Staking, if available, may lock tokens or expose them to additional contract and withdrawal conditions. Review current documentation, contract details, fees, and risk disclosures before interacting with the protocol. Never share wallet recovery details, and do not rely on projected rewards or past price performance when assessing GS. This information is educational and is not a recommendation to buy, sell, or stake the token.

By the numbers

GammaSwap in numbers

GammaSwap (GS) is ranked #3,103 by market capitalisation, with a market cap of about $945K and a price of $0.002177 as of Nov 6, 2026. Its fully diluted valuation is $3.48M, so roughly 27% of the eventual supply is in circulation today; tokens still to be released could add selling pressure.

The price was down 1.6% over 7 days, down 4.9% over 30 days, down 89.3% over the past year. It trades about 99% below its all-time high of $0.3656, set on Dec 4, 2024.

About 433.94M GS are in circulation out of a maximum supply of 1.6B (27% issued).

24-hour trading volume was about $64, or 0.0% of its market cap: low turnover, so large orders can move the price.

GS has token contracts on 4 chains we track, including Arbitrum, Base, Ethereum, Sonic. Always check the contract address before buying or bridging: copycat tokens often reuse a well-known name and ticker.

GS FAQs

What is GammaSwap?

GammaSwap is a DeFi project focused on borrowing liquidity from automated market maker pools. Its products have been described as enabling positions that can hedge or short exposure to liquidity-provider positions.

What is GS used for?

Public project materials have described staking GS for esGS, ETH fee rewards, and MP points. The availability and conditions of these features can change, so check current GammaSwap documentation rather than assuming rewards are active or guaranteed.

Which chains support GS?

GS is reported as issued on Arbitrum, Base, Ethereum, and Sonic. Verify the network and official token contract before making a transfer, because assets with the same ticker on other networks may not be the same token.

What is the supply of GS?

The reported maximum supply is 1.6 billion GS, and about 434 million were circulating as of 2026-11-05. Supply figures can change, and the maximum does not explain the timing of token unlocks or how tokens are allocated.

How can I store GammaSwap tokens?

GS can be held in a wallet that supports its specific network and token standard. Confirm the chain and contract address before transferring, and keep your recovery phrase private and offline.

What is the market cap of GammaSwap?

As of Nov 6, 2026, GammaSwap had a market cap of about $945K, ranking #3,103 among cryptocurrencies by market capitalisation. Market cap is price multiplied by circulating supply, so it moves with the price.

What is the all-time high of GS?

GammaSwap's all-time high is $0.3656, reached on Dec 4, 2024. Its all-time low is $0.001583 (Oct 24, 2026). Past prices say nothing about future returns.

What is the circulating supply of GS?

As of Nov 6, 2026, about 433.94M GS were in circulation, against a maximum supply of 1.6B.

Which blockchains is GS on?

It has token contracts on Arbitrum, Base, Ethereum, Sonic.
