Fiamma BTC (FIABTC) appears to be a tokenized representation of Bitcoin rather than a general-purpose Fiamma app or governance token. Its market classifications include “Bridged WBTC” and “Bridged-Tokens,” which indicate a Bitcoin-backed asset represented on other networks. Those labels do not, by themselves, confirm how the token is backed, who can redeem it, or what redemption process applies. Fiamma says it is building Bitcoin and stablecoin infrastructure using BitVM2, including a bridge designed to move Bitcoin-related assets across chains. That project description is separate from proof of the terms or security properties of any particular FIABTC token contract. Before using FIABTC, check that you have the correct token and network, and look for current documentation on backing, custody, bridge operations and redemption. Do not assume that holding FIABTC gives you the same direct control over Bitcoin as holding BTC in a Bitcoin wallet.

Fiamma describes its broader project as infrastructure for using Bitcoin and stablecoins across decentralized applications, with plans for earning, borrowing and payments. It also says its bridge work uses BitVM2. These are project-level goals and technical claims; they do not establish that FIABTC itself provides a yield, voting rights, or other app-specific benefits. Public information available here does not specify a distinct utility function for FIABTC, so it is safest to understand it as a Bitcoin-linked token and not assume additional uses.
