Our verdict on Cudis
6.0/10CUDIS suits people who already want a smart ring with AI coaching and are curious about earning token rewards for healthy habits. Its main strength is a real product with users and a clear role for the token. The main caveat is that the token is small and volatile, usage figures come from the company, and audits and data-privacy details are not published in the sources reviewed. Treat rewards as a bonus, not income.

What is Cudis?
CUDIS is a wellness and longevity project built on Solana. It started in 2024 with a crypto-native smart ring and has grown into what it calls a full-stack longevity protocol, covering a data aggregator, health data marketplace, AI coach and staking.
According to the project's own June 2025 press release, it sold more than 20,000 rings across 103 countries and onboarded over 200,000 users. A $5M funding round was reported in September 2024. A newer 002 Sporty Ring was announced in May 2026, and one outlet reviewed the ring as a work in progress.
The CUDIS token launched on Solana in June 2025. It trades at a very small market cap, so the token carries much higher risk than the hardware product itself.
How Cudis works
A user wears the CUDIS smart ring, which records biometric signals such as steps, sleep and heart rate. The app aggregates that data and an AI coach turns it into suggestions on sleep, fitness and recovery.
Each user receives a Longevity Decentralized ID, a health identifier on Solana. From it they can mint health records as NFTs and take part in a health data marketplace. Healthy behavior earns token rewards.
The CUDIS token acts as the access and incentive layer. It is described as unlocking premium AI coaching, marketplace rewards and partner dApps, supporting staking, and giving a vote in governance.

Pros and cons
What we like
- Real hardware product with a second-generation ring released
- AI coaching built into the app, with the project positioning it as having no subscription
- Health records can be minted as NFTs, giving users some ownership over their data
- Token has a defined role in access, rewards and governance
- Reported $5M funding round from named venture investors
Watch out for
- The token trades at a very small market cap, which means thin liquidity and a high risk of sharp price swings
- Most traction figures come from the project's own press release and are not independently verified
- Rewards depend on a token whose value can fall, so earnings from wearing the ring may be worth little
- The project does not publish audit reports, a licence, or detailed token terms in the sources reviewed
- Health and biometric data raises privacy questions, especially when records can be minted as NFTs
- One third-party reviewer described the ring as a work in progress
Cudis fees
The sources reviewed do not publish a fee schedule for the app, staking engine or marketplace. The ring is a paid hardware product, and its price is shown on the project's own store.
Token trading costs depend on the exchange or Solana DEX used, including network fees and spread on a low-liquidity market. Check the venue's fee page before trading.
Is Cudis safe?
The sources reviewed do not mention a smart contract audit, a custody model or a regulatory licence for the CUDIS protocol. Users should look for audit reports from the project before staking or connecting a wallet.
Biometric data is sensitive. Before linking a device, read the privacy policy to see how data is stored, shared and monetized in the marketplace. The token's small market cap and thin liquidity add price risk. This is not financial or medical advice.

- 3
Set up the CUDIS app and create your Longevity Decentralized ID.
- 4
Connect a Solana wallet if you want to receive or hold rewards.
- 5
Check current token price, liquidity and exchange fees before buying or staking any CUDIS.

Who Cudis is for
CUDIS is for health-tracking fans who are comfortable with crypto wallets and want a wearable that ties activity to token rewards and on-chain health records. It is less suited to anyone who wants a plain fitness tracker, is wary of sharing biometric data, or cannot tolerate token price swings.
