## What is TQQQ xStock?
TQQQ xStock (TQQQX) is a tokenized version of ProShares UltraPro QQQ, an exchange-traded fund that seeks to deliver three times the Nasdaq-100 Index’s daily performance before fees and expenses. TQQQX puts a blockchain token around exposure to that ETF; it is not the same thing as buying conventional ETF shares through a brokerage account. The xStocks project describes its tokens as backed 1:1 by underlying assets and says holders have a legal claim to the value represented. The precise rights, limits and redemption process depend on the issuer’s terms, so review those before relying on the token as a substitute for ETF shares. The project says xStocks are intended to provide access to users outside the United States and are compliant with EU regulations. Eligibility and availability can still depend on where you live and the platform you use.
## How TQQQX works and what it is used for
TQQQX’s central purpose is to provide tokenized exposure to TQQQ, rather than to serve as a general-purpose payment or governance token. Its value is therefore tied to an ETF with a leveraged daily objective. That distinction matters: three times the index’s daily move does not mean three times its return over a month or a year. Because the fund resets its leverage daily, market volatility and the order of price movements can cause longer-term results to differ substantially from three times the index’s cumulative return. Losses can also be amplified, and the value of TQQQX may move with both the ETF and crypto-market trading conditions. The token can be used on supported crypto platforms and may be composable with DeFi applications, according to the xStocks project. DeFi use can add separate smart-contract, liquidity and platform risks; it does not remove the risks of the leveraged ETF exposure.
## Chains, supply and market figures
TQQQX is issued on Arbitrum, Solana, Ethereum and BNB Chain. It is not the native token of any of those networks. A token held on one chain is not automatically interchangeable with a version on another: transfers may require a supported bridge or platform, and the chain and contract must match the destination wallet. As of 2026-11-05, reported circulating supply was about 78,455 TQQQX, while total supply was about 2.42 million; no maximum supply was listed. These figures can change and may represent tokens across supported networks. On that date, the token’s price was about $61.87, its market capitalization about $4.9 million, and its fully diluted valuation about $149.7 million. Those are snapshots, not fixed values. The gap between circulating and total supply also means the amount currently circulating is only part of the reported total.
## Risks and storage
TQQQX combines risks from a leveraged ETF with risks from tokenization. TQQQ itself can fall sharply, and daily leverage can produce losses that compound differently from the Nasdaq-100’s longer-term movement. The token can also face changing liquidity, price differences between venues, smart-contract or bridge failures, and problems at an issuer or custodian. The xStocks project describes its tokens as backed by underlying assets, but that does not eliminate counterparty risk or guarantee that every holder can redeem at a desired time or price. Read the issuer’s current terms to understand the legal claim, eligibility rules, fees and redemption options. For storage, use a wallet that supports the specific network on which your TQQQX is issued, protect its recovery phrase offline, and confirm the token contract through an authoritative issuer or exchange source before sending funds. Never send a token to an address on a different chain unless the receiving service explicitly supports that transfer.
