## What is Secret (SCRT)?
Secret is a blockchain network built to let applications compute on encrypted data. Its smart contracts, called Secret Contracts, can use sensitive information as an input while keeping that information private from public view. This is broader than hiding transaction details: Secret’s stated focus is computational privacy, so developers can build applications where the data used by a contract is also protected.
The network is intended for use cases such as decentralized finance, access control, machine learning and AI. Secret AI SDK provides access to privacy-preserving AI models and inference, while Secret VM is intended to let developers build confidential applications that can be cryptographically verified. These tools describe the project’s direction; they do not guarantee that every app built on Secret is private or secure. Each application’s design and implementation matter.
SCRT is the network’s token. It is commonly used for network fees, governance and staking, which helps support network operations. Secret is supported by multiple independent development teams and organizations.
## What is SCRT used for?
SCRT is used to pay transaction and contract execution fees on Secret Network. These fees compensate the network for processing activity, including calls to smart contracts. SCRT is also associated with governance, through which token holders can participate in decisions about the network, and staking, where tokens are delegated to help support network security. Staking can carry risks, including penalties under network rules and changes in reward rates; it is not a guaranteed return.
The distinction between SCRT and the network’s privacy features is important. SCRT is the token used to interact with and support the network; it is not itself an encrypted-data service. Privacy depends on Secret’s technical design, the operation of its nodes, and how each application handles data. A dApp using Secret should explain what information it protects and what information may remain visible.
The project also describes Secret AI SDK and Secret VM as developer tools for confidential computation. Their existence does not mean that every AI model, application or workflow built with them has been independently audited or is suitable for sensitive data.
## SCRT supply and market context
As of 2026-11-05, SCRT had about 690.8 million tokens in circulation and a reported total supply of about 1.46 billion. No maximum supply is reported, so the total supply should not be treated as a fixed cap. Token supply can change over time through network rules and other token events.
On that date, SCRT traded at about $0.00535, with a market capitalization of roughly $3.7 million and a fully diluted valuation of about $7.8 million. These are time-sensitive estimates, not stable properties of the token. The reported 24-hour trading volume was about $69,000. A small market value or trading volume can coincide with low liquidity, which may make trades move the price more sharply.
SCRT had also reached a reported all-time low on 2026-11-05. That observation describes past market data, not what the token will do next. Prices, valuations and circulating supply can change, and historical performance does not establish future value.
## Chains and migration status
SCRT is associated with Secret Network and is also issued on Osmosis. A July 2026 announcement described a move of SCRT to Arbitrum, with a snapshot and migration date scheduled for September 1, 2026. That announcement alone does not establish whether the migration was completed, which tokens or wallets are eligible, or what steps holders must take. Check current official Secret Network communications before transferring or attempting to migrate tokens.
Chain compatibility matters when sending SCRT. A token with the same ticker on another network may not be interchangeable with SCRT held on Secret or Osmosis, and using an unsupported network or address can result in permanent loss. Confirm the receiving platform supports the exact network and token version, and check all migration instructions through official project channels.
Do not assume that a wallet’s ability to display SCRT means it can safely send or receive every version of the token. For bridges or migrations, consider smart-contract, operational and phishing risks, and never share a recovery phrase to claim or move tokens.
## Risks and storage
SCRT carries the general risks of crypto assets, including sharp price changes, uncertain liquidity and the possibility of losing some or all of its value. Network risks include software bugs, attacks, outages and changes to governance or token economics. Privacy-focused computation also depends on technical assumptions and correct implementation; it should not be taken as a promise that all information or activity will be hidden in every application.
Staking adds its own risks. Delegating tokens may leave them subject to unbonding periods, validator performance or protocol penalties. Using a bridge or following a token migration can introduce additional risks, including choosing the wrong network, interacting with a malicious site or contract, and sending tokens to an address that cannot receive them.
Store SCRT only in a wallet that supports the relevant network and token version. Keep the recovery phrase offline and private, use a hardware wallet if appropriate, and verify addresses and network details before signing transactions. These precautions reduce some common risks but cannot eliminate them. Never share a seed phrase or private key with anyone.

Secret in numbers
Secret (SCRT) is ranked #2,089 by market capitalisation, with a market cap of about $2.80M and a price of $0.004045 as of Nov 6, 2026. Its fully diluted valuation is $5.90M, so roughly 47% of the eventual supply is in circulation today; tokens still to be released could add selling pressure.
The price was down 36.3% over 7 days, down 52.3% over 30 days, down 98.1% over the past year. It trades about 100% below its all-time high of $10.38, set on Oct 28, 2021.
About 690.91M SCRT are in circulation, from a total supply of 1.46B. No hard maximum supply is listed.
24-hour trading volume was about $265K, or 9.5% of its market cap: high turnover.
SCRT has token contracts on 2 chains we track, including Secret, Osmosis. Always check the contract address before buying or bridging: copycat tokens often reuse a well-known name and ticker.

SCRT FAQs
What is SCRT used for?
SCRT is used for network fees and is associated with governance and staking on Secret Network. It is separate from the network’s privacy technology, which enables smart contracts to compute on encrypted data.
How does Secret Network provide privacy?
Secret Network is designed to let smart contracts compute on encrypted data, with a focus on computational privacy rather than only private transactions. Privacy depends on the network’s design and each application’s implementation; it is not an unconditional guarantee.
How many SCRT tokens are there?
About 690.8 million SCRT were reported in circulation, with total supply of about 1.46 billion, as of 2026-11-05. No maximum supply is reported, and supply figures can change.
Which networks support SCRT?
SCRT is associated with Secret Network and is also issued on Osmosis. A move to Arbitrum was announced with a September 1, 2026 snapshot and migration date, but holders should confirm the current status and official instructions before moving tokens.
How should I store SCRT?
Use a wallet that explicitly supports SCRT on the network where your tokens are held. Verify the network and address before sending, and keep your recovery phrase offline and private; never share it to complete a migration or claim.
What is the market cap of Secret?
As of Nov 6, 2026, Secret had a market cap of about $2.80M, ranking #2,089 among cryptocurrencies by market capitalisation. Market cap is price multiplied by circulating supply, so it moves with the price.
What is the all-time high of SCRT?
Secret's all-time high is $10.38, reached on Oct 28, 2021. Its all-time low is $0.003919 (Nov 6, 2026). Past prices say nothing about future returns.
What is the circulating supply of SCRT?
As of Nov 6, 2026, about 690.91M SCRT were in circulation; no fixed maximum supply is listed.
Which blockchains is SCRT on?
It has token contracts on Secret, Osmosis.
