## What is IEMGON?

IEMGON is Ondo’s tokenized version of the iShares Core MSCI Emerging Markets ETF, commonly identified by the ticker IEMG. The underlying ETF invests in shares of companies in emerging markets and seeks to track a broad emerging-markets equity index. IEMGON is therefore designed to give its holders economic exposure similar to holding the conventional ETF, including the effect of reinvested dividends, according to the project description.

This is different from buying IEMG through a regular brokerage account. IEMGON is a blockchain token, and holding it does not necessarily give you the same shareholder rights, protections, or relationship with the fund as owning conventional ETF shares. The token’s terms, eligible holders, and available services determine what rights apply. Read those terms before acquiring it, and do not assume the token can be used in every country or by every investor.

## What is it used for?

IEMGON is intended to provide on-chain access to economic exposure associated with an emerging-markets ETF. Ondo describes its tokenized stocks and ETFs as available for minting and redemption around the clock, five days a week, with access to traditional exchange liquidity. That description does not mean every holder can mint or redeem directly: eligibility rules and other restrictions apply, and access can depend on location and the service being used.

The token does not run a separate investment strategy or represent a general-purpose payment coin. Its value is linked to an off-chain financial product and the markets for its underlying holdings. As a result, the token’s market price may not always match the ETF’s net asset value or the value implied by its holdings. On-chain transfers can also be affected by network conditions, while trading availability depends on supported venues and liquidity.

## Supply and market information

The reported circulating and total supply were both about 120,796 IEMGON as of 2026-11-05. No maximum supply was reported. These figures describe token units, not the number of conventional ETF shares in circulation or a guarantee about the value of assets backing the tokens. Supply can change if tokens are minted or redeemed, so check current issuer information and the token’s terms for the latest details.

At the same date, the reported price was about $75.02, market capitalization about $9.1 million, and 24-hour trading volume about $12. These are approximate, time-sensitive figures, not a quote or a measure of how easily a large position can be traded. In particular, the reported low trading volume suggests that a buyer or seller may find it difficult to transact at a desired price. Market capitalization is calculated from price and circulating supply and can change as either changes.

## Chains and storage

IEMGON is reported as issued on Ethereum, Solana, and BNB Chain. It is not listed as the native token of any of those networks; rather, it is an asset issued on them. The same token name or ticker can be imitated, so confirm the network and token contract through Ondo’s official information before receiving or transferring funds. A transfer sent to an incompatible network or address may be difficult or impossible to recover.

To hold IEMGON yourself, you would need a wallet that supports the relevant network and token. A wallet’s ability to display a token does not establish that the token is genuine or that you can redeem it. If using a custodian or trading platform, you rely on that provider to safeguard the asset and process withdrawals. Keep private keys and recovery phrases offline and secret; anyone with access to them may be able to move your tokens.

## Key risks to understand

IEMGON combines risks from the emerging-markets ETF, the token issuer, and blockchain systems. Emerging-market stocks can fall sharply because of company performance, currency movements, political or regulatory changes, and differences in local market access. Token trading can be thin, prices may diverge from the underlying ETF, and the ability to mint, redeem, or trade may be limited by eligibility rules, service availability, or market hours and conditions.

There are also issuer, custody, smart-contract, network, and operational risks. A token holder’s rights depend on the applicable terms; owning the token should not be treated as identical to owning ETF shares or as a guaranteed claim on a particular asset. Check the official offering documents, restrictions for your jurisdiction, and the supported chain before acting. This is an explanation of the asset, not a recommendation to buy or sell it.
