## What is ENPHON?

ENPHON is Ondo’s tokenized version of Enphase Energy, the publicly traded solar-energy technology company. It is designed to give holders economic exposure similar to holding Enphase shares, including reinvestment of any dividends as described for the token. That does not make ENPHON the same thing as an Enphase share: tokenholders should not assume they have shareholder voting rights or other rights attached to directly registered stock. The exact rights depend on the product’s terms and the rules that apply where a holder lives.

ENPHON is also distinct from ONDO, Ondo Finance’s separate ecosystem token. ENPHON represents exposure to one company; it is not described as a governance token for Ondo Finance. Ondo’s tokenized-stock service is aimed at eligible non-U.S. retail and institutional users, but access is subject to additional restrictions. Check the current product terms and your local rules before relying on the token for any particular economic or legal right.

## How ENPHON works and what it is used for

The intended use is to hold or trade tokenized exposure to Enphase Energy through blockchain-based infrastructure. Ondo describes its tokenized stocks as available for minting and redemption around the clock, five days a week, with access to traditional exchange liquidity. Those service features do not mean ENPHON trades on the same venue, on the same schedule, or with the same protections as Enphase shares. Availability can depend on the platform, jurisdiction, market conditions and product restrictions.

The token’s value can be affected by Enphase’s share price and by differences between the token’s market price and its underlying exposure. It may also be affected by liquidity, trading hours, issuer arrangements and the mechanisms for creating or redeeming tokens. Dividends, if any, are described as being reinvested; this is not a promise of a regular cash payment to tokenholders. Review the product documentation to understand how exposure, fees, redemption and any dividend-related adjustments are handled.

## Supply, networks and market information

ENPHON is issued on Ethereum, BNB Chain and Solana. It is not listed as the native token of any of these networks; those blockchains provide the rails on which token versions can exist. A token address on one chain is not interchangeable with an address on another, so confirm the network and official contract details through Ondo’s own current materials before sending or buying tokens. Sending assets to the wrong network or an incorrect contract can result in loss.

As of 2026-11-05, the reported circulating and total supply were both about 24,152 ENPHON; no maximum supply was listed. The token’s reported price was about $32.31, with a market capitalization of about $780,000. These figures change over time and may differ across trading venues. Supply and market-cap figures do not establish that every token can be redeemed at a particular price or that the market will have enough liquidity for a trade of any size.

## Risks and storage

ENPHON combines risks associated with a single company’s stock with risks specific to tokenized assets. Enphase’s share price can move sharply, and the token may trade at a premium or discount to its intended exposure. Trading liquidity may be limited, especially outside conventional market hours. Holders also rely on the arrangements and operations behind the token, including the issuer, custody and redemption processes, and the blockchain used. These arrangements can create legal, counterparty, operational and regulatory risks that differ from holding shares through a conventional brokerage account.

For self-custody, use a wallet that supports the correct network and protect its recovery phrase offline. Check the token contract carefully, beware of lookalike tokens, and test a small transfer if appropriate. If using a custodial exchange or platform, review its custody and withdrawal terms. Do not assume that a wallet balance alone guarantees redemption rights. Confirm eligibility and local restrictions before using the product, and consider getting qualified financial or legal advice if you are unsure how the structure applies to you.
